Not hating on him. I like him and hope he succeeds but that was just a very stupid play on his part especially on that situation. He could have throw the ball to Zeke or away. Just don't take a sack. He is also missing guys. Don't know if he can see over the line when he steps up or just doesn't have the confidence in his arm to get it there. He can be average talent wise but what separates the good qb from the elite ones are their intelligence in crucial situations. Brady is prime example of this. He is not the most athletic person in the world but would beat you with his brain. Wayne Gretzky was another one from a different sport. If you ever read his autobiography, you will see why.

They played to a tie because the referee challenge did not count the play where they spiked the ball to kill the clock. If you notice, the Zeke run was on 2nd down. The clock runs as soon as the ref sets the ball, so they had no choice but to run it, call timeout and try for a FG.

I'm pretty Zen.
And I'm not overly anything tonight.

But there were some points in that game where I was wishing Jason Linehan would be my next opponent in a Go tournament.
I would eat them alive, and I do love sashimi.

They had enough time to move the ball way closer than they did.

It was an embarrassing performance by this coach on that last drive.

Agreed, Beas could’ve found a soft spot in the middle of the defense or we could’ve gone to Gallup on a go route near the end zone. At the minimum we should've picked up 5-7 more yards at the minimum. Garrett is gutless......

We have a perfect storm here. We have a QB that at times is innaccurate. We have a QB that by all accounts is not seeing the field all that well. We have a WR group that can't catch anything that is not perfectly thrown and we have a WR group that does not seem to get open all that often.
