Zeke, good as he is, has benefited from a much better Oline, more explosive weapons around him than Kamara until this season, and huge workload.

Wonder how Zeke would look on the Saints, compared to what Kamara has already been doing there.
What arsenal of explosive weapons has Dallas had the past three years?

Why would you ask this question, knowing that Kamara has QB that is consistent with getting him the ball anywhere on the field? Zeke would thrive in New Orleans, Kamara would regress in Dallas.

Why do some people get annoyed at mere questions?

Have you already forgotten?

2016 he had Dez, Beasley in his best season, a dual-threat QB playing extremely well, and HOFer Jason Witten.
Last year he had all of that again, except his QB didnt play as well.

While Kamara has...... Michael Thomas and Brees?

Dez? Good Lord, look at his stats those years. Rep from the Romo days doesnt count. Witten explosive? Come on man

...Dez had 61 yards and .62 TDs per game in 2016 on a run first team, as well as 132 yards and 2 TDs in the playoff game....... the average for his career is 66 yards per game and .64 TDs per game
And Witten had 673 yards

Good lord. Look you said Kamara benefits from the explosive weapons around him, and now that we've looked back at both teams weapons you can realize how silly that was.

I pointed out the deficiencies in your post, you tried to cherry pick one thing I said(the weapons) and now that you've been reminded of those supporting casts there's nothing left.

I would take hunt over Zeke right now. Some of that might be our Terrible coaching and bad qb play but hey... that's what we're working with.

I am not saying Zeke is the pass catcher that Gurley is but they could scheme Zeke a whole lot better than they do in the passing game. Zeke is a better runner than Gurley IMO.
I think Zeke could produce very similar numbers in an offense like Gurley is in. Under Fisher, Gurley's passing stats and usage was very similar to how we use Zeke. Gurley was largely an afterthought in the passing game outside of screens and emergency dumpoffs, with the occasional route thrown in, just like Zeke. Under McVay, Gurley was used heavily in the passing game to help open up the passing game. He used him running short routes, getting him the ball in space and on the move, something we do very little with Zeke. If we switch RBs, Zeke would be producing like Gurley and Gurley like Zeke.

Not impressed with Dez stats in 2016 or 2017. I feel the Saints have a much more explosive and better coached offense than the Cowboys. They likely top three in the league in scoring making defenses have to defend the entire field. Would love Kamara as a player, but for what the Cowboys have on offense, I feel they would get more from Zeke. You gave an opinion on my post, one that I just don't agree with.

Who would you rather have and why?
I think Zeke is better but would have much preferred Kamara based on the draft pick. No RB is worth a top 5, maybe even top 10.

I just think Gurley is better all around player. Plus many current and last players have said they think Gurley is the best RB in the league so I usually lean with the players.

How would Zeke look with a more creative coach or OC? Kamara is a very good player, but Zeke is a world class back.

Kamara is a natural catcher. Imo that cant be coached. Zeke is not a natural catcher of the football.

Anyone see Kamara's three TDs in the first half last night against a strong Ram's defense?

This is a talent vs talent question and not a who is in a better situation question.

Zeke has HOF potential.

Hunt and Kamara will fizzle out in a few years and be replaced because their teams know that the situation has more to do with their success then their talent.

Zeke and it isn't even close. This question is only being asked because you are a prisoner of the moment since last night the Saints beat the Rams.

Zeke has always looked good catching the football.

Some of you are ignoring the elephant in the room when it comes to these other RB's.

They have QB's like Brees, Mahomes, and Goff.

Dallas has Dak.

They have coaches like Payton, Reid, and McVay.

Dallas has Garrett.

These coaches and QB's provide space for their RB's.

Our coach actually embraces the lack of space in hopes Zeke can get through all of the trash and break one.
