Anyone else hear Rappaport say we have an affinity for Lincoln Riley

It was on NFLN about a half hour ago. Was surprised I didn’t see it posted. He said of course this doesn’t happen if Garrett’s around but said he heard that Jones’s like what he did with Baker Mayfield. This season was worth it if it ends with Lincoln Riley

Believe me, there isn't a soul reading this that hates the Eagles any more than I do but the very best thing that can happen is for the Cowboys to get completely embarrassed tonight. It would suck, it will piss you off but it's best for this team in the long run.

Basically we need the ole Bismarck Bomber to save us. One way or the other I always knew he would.

Eagles by 30. Garrett gone tommorow, Richard the interim the rest of the season and then we can seriously talk about things like Riley.

While I would love to see Garrett fired mid-season— just don’t see Jones doing it.

Linehan? Sure. Clapper? We need to finish 5-11 or worse to see a house cleaning I think

Get ya popcorn! A lot more articles about these offensive coaches getting fired recently. Glad Lincoln is on the radar, fans need a new offense more than players do, haha.

Agreed! It’s a tough pill to swallow because it is those green a$£#%*%!

But this could be our saving grace. I will be battling mixed emotions all day leading up to the game. If we get Philthy Specialed, so be it!

Nothing that happens to this team will piss me off at this point. I won't enjoy it but I have come to expect it. If it would lead to wholesale changes and bringing in a coach that can overcome the Jones' management I'll consider it the silver lining of the storm clouds.

I agree. With that being said, and it sounds strange saying this. I’m afraid Dallas is gonna win and we’re gonna have to look at him again next year

First I have heard they considered dumping Linehan during the bye week. IMO they should have done that. Not a smart move by Garrett to keep him.

I'd be shocked if this sad sack team wins this game. It's a mismatch. If they can even keep it within 2 touchdowns it would impress me.

Lincoln Riley would be a dream hire.

The Jones' are still there. But that won't change.

So go get the best guy. It will cost big money to get him out of Oklahoma. But Jerry has mountains of it. Let's just hope it's true
