? It was a question about penalty equity.

My point was that if the calls had been completely even, Dallas would have won by more than 7. Even then it took the one great deep pass by the Eagles late in the game to get close. Even if they had tied it at the end, Dallas would have gone straight down the field for the win in OT.

Wow, when I mentioned in the game thread that you could probably count the number of opponents holding calls on one hand I thought I was exaggerating.

Garrett and Linehan must be God. They saved their jobs beating the Eagles and the REFS!!

I'm fine when they let both teams play but that doesn't seem to the way it is being called.

Even though we had penalties and they didnt, we still got away with a few just like they did.......no pass interferences, no offensive holdings by lineman etc.....this crew let both teams play when they could of easily called a very tight game knowing what a rivalry this is, especially after the pre-game "tussle"......

Don't worry they will revert back to their predictable, conservative play calling next week.

Yup, officials miss calls in games all the time. It's impossible to catch 11 matchups going on at the same time when there's 6 or 7 much less athletically-gifted officials trying to keep up. But once theorists are on an emotional roll, forget about trying to be objective.

Don't forget Bennett completely driving Dak's head to the ground to start the second half with no unnecessary roughness call.

This, in the day and age of protecting quarterbacks to the extreme, speaks volumes.

But once theorists are on an emotional roll, forget about trying to be objective.

And you are objective because you have watched the replays and gone over the All 22, right? And heard the coaches comments, right?

Of course you have, you are objective and you did all that in the one hour since the end of the game.
