Garrett - coach of the year?

If we finish the season with 3 wins and end up with an 11-5 record... Should Jason Garrett be in the discussion for coach of the year since we started the season 3-5 and made some key acquisition(s) and turned things around quickly.

Absolutely in the discussion, but no he won't (nor should he) win it.

Everyone was in the middle of the Cowboys burial and the coaches (and front office) birthed a resurrection. I sure didn't see it coming...or even see it as possible.

Some consideration, sure. I don't think he'll win it, but if we win out, he would have done a hell of a job as much as the members here hate to admit.

I wanted Garrett fired and still want that if this season doesn’t end well but..

He could’ve easily lost this team after the Titans loss. He did a miraculous job motivating this team to keep fighting when the season looked lost.

But no...he’s not coach of the year.

Realistically, he's making a case for it but there's other coaches that are more deserving, IMO.

Since Amari came in, everyone became geniuses. This was a slap to Jerry Jones, who finally came to his senses and made a dynamic move. F- move on not replacing Dez adequately, and A+ for recognizing your faults and correcting it.
