Why is Wentz not taking heat by the mainstream media?

could it be because he didn't play like crap since last years Atlanta game up to the last 5 games. naw

Dak once again shows up in the clutch.....Wentz......well he lost. Its truly amazing at what Dak has to face as opposed to Wentz.

This is true. Even though Wentz is a more of a bus driver than anyone in the league.

wentz has underperformed from last year. I have watched him play the last four games and just does not seem to be reading the whole field right now like last year. he had guys open yesterday in the cowboys defense and he failed to get the ball downfield. he is playing a lot like a alex smith type qb this year. the fourth quarter was the best that he has played in last four weeks.

I feel, this is opinion, feel free to disagree

I think Richard set up our backs to play better than what we saw and yes i think we wanted to keep Ertz contained as much as we did, yes he would get his.
I think Richard vs whoever the OC is the eagles have was a different fight this time and i think the Cowboys scared him because had the gone for the 2 they win.

We should have gone with a better RB stable, i think we should dump Lance for DJ, and rotate Zeke more than use Rod to get the hard yards.

The Cowboys must streamline the offense more, time to make a decision on Rico, dump Lance as well.

Time to dump Cooper and let Mike White play the time we dont need Dak, him sittig wont help and we need to address teh back up QB at some point.

He is taking heat. The same questions now surround him as Dak. I certainly losing my opinion of him.

Same with Darnold, Mariotta, and Rosen. Kansas City and Cleveland are set.

Funny, when Philly fans accuse us of living in the past, yet their counter point to getting swept is by showing gifs of Foles holding the Superbowl trophy. So, Foles carries the Eagles in the playoffs, without them missing a beat without Wentz and they win the Superbowl. And Wentz starts this season and Philly is in danger of being the worst Superbowl defending champs, by missing the playoffs and maybe even missing the playoffs with a losing record.

But, Iggles fans don't realize that they're not helping Wince's case by showing Foles with the trophy, while Wince is about to regress and miss the playoffs. Calling Dak trash, but Dak still has the winning record over Wince in head to head. Please, always mentioning how Dak needs Zeke, but then overlooked that Wince is being aided just as much as Dak by the players around him, if not more so. The Iggles didn't need Wince at all to win the Superbowl, but they praise him for being MVP last season, with the same supporting cast that Foles won the Superbowl with.

The double standards between the two is mind boggling. Some will say that Wentz outplayed Dak, because he had no INTs. But, then overlook Wince fumbling the ball, when every fumble Dak makes gets picked apart.

Wentz throws a nice spiral, and that's about it. He doesn't have 'it', he's rarely shown he has what it takes in crunchtime.

Aside from just simply being a “QB of the Dallas Cowboy’s”... because he wasn’t doing all the crazy stuff to cost you games Dak was. Yes,Dak won but he had to come back against himself to do it,which is big in itself that he did just that,after the horrific game he was having. Fantastic game nonetheless,really enjoyed that one.

It was " memorable " in seeing Wentz pacing the sidelines in O.T. all the while knowing he wouldn't even see the field,,, you could see his angst mounting as team DAK-CO. methodically marched down the field, munchin' away on that game clock,,,

Has nothing to do with that. Romo took a beating in the media and he was undeafted, and still a top 5 QB most his entire career.

LOL! In 2017, the Eagles supporting cast was so good that Nick Foles won a Super Bowl with them.

In Wentz’s other 2 seasons, he’s 12-15 as a starter.

So what’s he “carrying” exactly? I wouldn’t trust Wentz to carry my groceries to my car.

Wentz is just a glorified bus driver.....look at last year, he had all the pieces around him (top defense, top wrs, top te, excellent running backs, best oline, simple college offensive scheme but very effective)....then when he got hurt bus driver #2 just needed to continue driving that bus full of talent down that one way street....they lost wentz and didn't skip a beat......that should tell you something.

The Eagles can beat the Rams if Wentz is as good as this board thinks he is. The Eagles will make the playoffs if they win there final three games. Wentz has no excuses. Great offensive line and weapons.

He has. It’s out there. He’s gettting clobbered by the media.

Look at Russell Wilson’s stats last night or Goff’s the night before.
There are two places a QB can’t be anything less than GOAT and that’s NY and Dallas.
There is a special category of criticism that comes with those two jobs.
