Andrew Luck is playing out of his mind. He is not getting sacked, he has a running game, a Tight End, making unknown WRs known, has Hilton, and a defense. If you want to know what a franchise QB looks like...see Andrew Luck.

This game will tell us a lot about this team and Dak Prescott. I don't think the Cowboys have beaten the Colts in Indy since losing to the Manning, James, and Harrison triplets.

The Colts defense is playing well and they are real good in the secondary.

Cowboys need bad Luck to win.

Same analogy could have be said about the saints two weeks ago.

This won't be an easy win for the Colts. Their much improved OL will be put to the test.

I watched the Colts play the Texans Sunday and was impressed. They are physical on defense and their passing game racked up 400 yards. Luck is almost completely back to his pre shoulder injury form. The Colts have won 6 of 7 after a 1-5 start, so they are almost as hot as the Cowboys.

Based on what I saw last Sun, they don’t have a great running game, so we need to be able to pressure Luck and keep him in the pocket. He is surprisingly mobile and can actually sneak in some big scrambles on 3rd down if you don’t keep him in the pocket. TY Hilton reminds me somewhat of DeAndre Hopkins. He’s the most explosive player they have and TE Ebron is also very good.

Their defense blitzed a ton against the Texans and sacked Deshaun Watson 6 times. Our OL will he challenged. Their two young DEs are very good (#90 and #93) so Tyron Smith and La’el Collins will have to play well to give our offense a chance. Dak is actually pretty good against blitzes so I expect Colts to blitz less.

THis is going to be a very tough game. Indy is tough in their dome which is very loud. Should be a very interesting matchup.

They are tough
They blitz and are good at it
Zeke needs to have a solid game
We have to get 7 and not 3
Luck gets good protection and Texans have a good pass rush
Gonna be a tough game but if we can continue the trend of converting half our 3rd downs luck will spend most of the day watching

Sounds like we're playing a playoff team. Good, let's see where we stand.

Their last two games also showed how crazy division games can be. Getting blanked by Jax, then beating the super hot Texans, is bonkers. Both Dallas and Indy coming off big divisions wins is interesting.

8-5 vs 7-6. Shouldn't our pop warner QB be 7-6 then?

Is this game the true measuring stick then? Facing a team with a winning record on the road late in the season. Hey, sounds like a second round playoff game.

Just two games ago, Luck went 33/52/248/0/1 against the Jags.
He's been sacked five times in the last two games.
He has 5 TDs and 4 INTs in the last 3 games.
He's an excellent QB, but he's not really playing "out of his mind."

The second fastest QB in the draft that year behind RGIII was Luck. He is faster than Dak out of college.

I think we double Hilton and take our chances with Ebron being covered by a Linebacker.

The best way to stop the Indy pass rush is run the ball.

Colts are 7-6 and the Cowboys are 8-5. We got a defensive, a wr core, and our oline is good enough we can run the ball. We just gotta play our style of football. Nothing less nothing more.

Obviously running the ball will be important. But I think it’s going to be much more difficult than many think. Our OL is extremely banged up. Ty Smith is about 50-70% of his normal performance level. Zack Martin, even if he plays, cannot be anywhere close to his normal performance level. Joe Looney has played well at times, but he’s certainly no T-Fred.

Can we run the ball? We will see, but it is going to be a challenge with so many members of our OL banged up.

The last time Dallas played in Indy was 2010, when Lee picked off Manning twice and the Kitna led Cowboys upset them 38-35 in OT.
Then in 14, the game was in Dallas and they steam rolled the Colts 42-7 with Luck at the helm.

Scandrick also had a pick six in that game. Peyton threw two touchdown passes to us!

We picked off Luck twice and knocked him out of the game in 2014. Hasselbeck tossed the only score on us.
