with as hurt as the o line is, it doesn't take 8 to stop zeke. SO doubling coop is more doable. Need a threat over the middle. bease or jarwin could help there but when dak misses jarwin on a wide open look across the middle not much can be done.

that pass put Bucs back in game. It was a definite first down, keep the chains moving . We didn't recover from it.

That said we scored 20 minus the 7 by Jaylon.

This team could put up Rams/Saints type numbers if we ever got the O really rolling.......

Even with his misses we are fortunate to have Maher who is a threat from the 40-45 yard line. A nice tool to have when needed.

This. Defenses know what to do. Until Prescott can make them pay (LOL), this will be the formula to slow the Cowboys down.
That should open up the middle of the field then, where Dak is pretty good. What's happening inside?

How does Antonio Brown have 11 catches tonight? Hes been destroying the league for years now.

Simply double cover him, right guys?

At least one time yesterday Aikman said Cooper had single coverage and Dak didn't look his way. I'm sure it happened more than once. I am leaning toward this being on Dak.

Yeah, he disappeared in the same way Dean Smith made Michael Jordan disappear. As Troy said today, he's wide open and nobody can cover him. But, your QB still has to make a throw.

Watching the game, there were three plays that really summed up the HUGE issue we have at QB.

1. The complete miss on our TE when he was wide open (can't remember it is was Jarwin or Schultz)
2. On the dump off to Zeke for negative yards, a wide open Jarwin that Dak simply couldn't read (something Troy pointed out that Dak misses every week)
3. Dak missing the read on a wide open Cooper in the first half.

All these Dak lovers out there claiming he is a winner and this and that...the guy is not an elite QB. I enjoy the wins like everyone else, but I am left with a feeling of what could be when I look at our team. Watching Wilson and Mahomes last night only drove that point home even further. Dak isn't capable of making the throws that those guys do. Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply delirious.

probably kellen moore, the scheme, the offensive line, the tight ends, or the non world offensive line. Or must just be daks footwork. lmao. maybe in the off season jerry can send him to a dance class. Heck he can go on dancing with the stars or make some more commercials instead of learning to read defenses and throw the ball. who knows. it seems the loser is going hollywood.

when you run a preseason level offense, it’s hard to scheme against defenses that are taking away parts of your offense.

Taking a QB's weapons away in order to slow the offense down, what a revelation.

Football will never be the same.

Surely, so ingenious a technique has never been deployed on the gridiron before.

Let's ignore the fact that in the game, there were times where Dak picked them apart with Beasley only to get to the Redzone and have our OC call a reverse to Cooper and refuse to run it with Zeke.
