Garrett is a losing coach. Held together by good QB play his whole career. Without Romo this guy would have been 4-12 every season. Now Dak is saving him. Terrible coach. 3 playoff games in 9 years. Brownesque.

Guy need to go.

He’s actually the winningest HC in the NFC the last three seasons under Dak. But who’s counting when we have an agenda to promote?

What about Dez Bryant ? Talking about 'Garrett guys didn't want me ? '

Garrett is trash, not all his players play hard for him . They play hard because they are professionals.

Well if Garretts guys didn't want Dez around we need to definitely give Red Ball an extension immediately. Back up the Brinks truck. Hell im all for it under those circumstances.

9 years. How many playoff wins, Mrs, Garrett?

You said he was a “losing coach” when the exact opposite is true. Acknowledge that, and we can move on to the playoffs argument next.

I’d like to find the long, impressive list of winning coaches who won without quality QB play.

He's Jerry's pet kitty. Callahan was brought in to help him. Linehan brought in to help him. A turnstile of assistants on both sides of the ball. His weakness is a lack of creativity or innovation. His strength is his players do their best for him. I think we can do better. But I'm not jerry. Ergo, he stays.

He still had the best running back in the league and an incredible defense. But that furthers my point, Amari was the difference maker. garret is who he is

That’s after Garrett and Linehan said all offseason they didn’t need a #1 wr. Then when they finally figured out they needed one it cost a #1 pick. Steep price to pay for lack of planning in the offseason.

Keep smoking that strong stuff. Guy has 2 playoff wins in 9 seasons. Routinely losses games for the team. I am going to block you because I have no patience for relentless Homers. Bye.

Good luck with that blocking thing.

I’ll just point out again that you’re deflecting and trying to make this about playoff wins rather than just acknowledging your earlier criticism was silly and 100% wrong.

There is no question this team plays very hard for Jason Garrett. His regular season records so far
8-8, 8-8, 8-8, 12-4, 4-12, 13-3, 9,7,
10-6. Now add 2 playoff wins. Not bad compared to the constant coaching changes around the league. As it stands now, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jerry extend him for something like 3yrs 7m per year (through 2022). I still want another coach, but it’s hard to justify a change now. Like it or not, Garrett’s here for the long haul folks.
Garrett is the 5th longest tenured HC in the league, only behind Belichick, Sean Payton, Mike Tomlin, and John Harbaugh.

He's already been here for the long-haul. I do agree that it'll be an even longer-haul before he retires.

There's no agenda, some of us don't think its important to celebrate regular season success. Why do we celebrate the great teams of the past? Championships - plain and simple. But for some crazy reason some fans want to celebrate Garrett over his regular season record rather than what the ultimate goal should be.

Garrett will never be remembered the same as Landry or Johnson if he doesn't start adding playoff wins and / or championships to his resume.

Then don’t criticize his won/loss record, and you should be ok. For now, at least.
