Lael has been pretty bad all year. The red, well, it's the Cowboys game, there's always something new or different.
But the best part was how calm JG was about it.

That is probably the worst call of the year. There wasn't anyone close to taking Dak down.

Collins did right.....Collins grabbed Dak but for some strange reason there was no Ram there......refs assumed there would be one there as well and they got screwed on that call. Hard to say what that call did to this team......but that was a potential momentum shifter ruined by the refs.

I believe La’el was instinctively trying to protect his QB.

The referee is dumb for calling it but once you whistle the play dead, you can’t go back.
Pretty sure we had a turnover called on us After the whistle was blown this year.....

The point of the grasp call is the second defender. The call happens when one defenders holds him while a second is charging to tee off. Maybe the ref was protecting Dak even though La’el was holding him, but more likely he called it because it was confusing at game speed what was immobilizing Dak because I’ve never seen a RT prevent a QB from scrambling away so dominantly before.

Every week or every couple weeks or any playoff game there seems to be some strange out of the blue call that you've never heard of before or that gets blown. In the grasp being grabbed by the back of the helmet? Um how about hands to the head of the QB twice there on that play?

Maybe we can have LP move the ball again or some penalty for not getting into the huddle fast enough.

What the hell was Collins doing on that play, trying to get on the stat sheet?

So there’s this, Zeke getting called for helmet to helmet, the snap infraction, and a few weeks ago when our defense got called for a false start. Just some wonky weirdo calls that you rarely see or have ever heard of.

So the ref thought La'el was the second defender.

It was a wierd play. Refs blew the whistle too early, but it certainly was awkward and looked potentially dangerous to the QB. I honestly think it was something a championship level team could overcome.

The killer play was Byron Jones hands to the face penalty.

The fatal play was Heath staring at the RB while Goff rolled right by him.

I agree with this. Now go play in traffic.
