Garrett has done a 180 from his old self. His mistake in the Rams game was even bothering to punt.... The Defense laid an egg and generally he had no control over that this year...

I would only pay him 1 million a year and one million for each playoff win.

I bet your wrong. Get rid of Garrett's playbook and we have a different offense. Its the playbook and the idiot of an OC we have thats the problem.

It’s quite remarkable that Dak played as well as he did with such an obvious playbook.

I think a lot of people are going to see similar results with the next OC. Because I truly feel the abilities of our QB determine a lot of what's called.

Romo had a lot of ability but did no better than Dak in the postseason.....Coaching matters!

And there it is. No problem as long as lamehan is gone

Garrett has done a fine leadership job and with the right pieces, he likely should be the coach.

It’s dumb.

Why even have a head coach if he bears zero responsibility and has zero effect on the outcomes other than providing rah rah leadership?

Why have a HC if you are going to fire assistants every time something goes wrong.

This franchise has done jack squat since they fired Johnson other than Switzer winning with the Johnson built team (and Switzer was a better coach than Garrett anyway).

And yet nothing changes.

This franchise is dead until Jerry wakes up or he just moves on and hopefully Stephen is smarter than his dad at football decisions.

Locking Garrett into another multi-million dollar long term contract is just insane.

I am near the end with this franchise. They don’t care. Why should I?

I can’t take another year with the clapper. I’m out, unless he gets fired. We know that ain’t happening.

Force Marinelli out so you can keep Richard.

Scapegoat Linehan as the source of this team’s problems.

Sign Garrett to a huge money extension.

Read that and if you think that’s smart, then you deserve what we have gotten the last two decades.

How many times do you have to “shake up” the staff before you realize what has been the constant over all these different rosters and coaching staffs?

McVay AND Wade beat Garrett. Made it too easy to walk right through us.

We need a young eager College HC to take the reins of this train wreck and instill some fire into the Cowboys. IF we had Irvin as HC you can bet this team would turn around because Irvin has desire to WIN unlike Garrett who is happy just receiving millions from Jerry without any results....must be nice in any other profession/job he would of been canned long ago.

We have a lot of great talent on this team with no one in the front office / HC that knows how to use it. Abraham Lincoln to a Union General: If you are not going to use your army, give it to me.

Got like 8 years a fuel, we just dont know when to use it
And the Boys lied to us all.. Irving is another Rolando McClain. Did not bother to show up for his drug test. And they kept him on the roster??? They knew all along as they are given notices from the NFL in advance. Another brilliant front office move.
