Since when did Werder once again become the go-to Cowboys guy? We get news faster and better, and have more insight to everything Cowboys usually wayyyy before Werder starts his yappin. Major news comes our way and all of a sudden people start quoting Werder tweets like its gold.
Every other minute I'm seeing or hearing him. Werder is a Clown and he's almost always wrong!

That's could be said about all these guys. The teams and players tell them what message or info they want out there; doesn't mean it's accurate or timely.

There’s always Mickey “Jones” Spagnola, LOL! If you want to know what Jerry wants the discussion to be about, go to DallasCowboys.com and check out Mickey’s “kool-aide”. He’s so far up Jerry’s behind he could tell you what Jerry had for breakfast.

Ed Werder has an ax to grind against Dallas. Afterall, he works for ESPN. They are a political type of sports outlet and cannot seem to find their integrity. In the 90's, nobody was better than Ed. Since that time, he has gotten Jaded and bias in his spin on things. I tune him out most of the time. Most of us can probably go do some research and come up with 'sources" too. His seem weak.

man you nailed it! Ole Mickey,"dont call me short" SPAGS...is a yes man of the sickest magnitude. He would deny that we have ANY ISSUE whatsoever with Garrett if Jerry told him to. He lost his balls way back in the 90's. Jerry neutered him and several other local beat reporters I wont name.

Ed Werner hasn’t worked for ESPN for almost two years now.

Werder lives in Flower Mound for one and use to write for the Dallas Times Herald I believe. He’s always been in on Dallas. I think now he’s closer to the Saints however.

Werder has been right several times.

The problem with him is he’s an instigator for controversy that appeals to the masses.

He's employed by the team.

Werder doesn’t work for ESPN.

A better question is what's with people pissing and moaning about sports writers/reporters doing their jobs? Don't want to read Werders takes? Then dont. It's that simple. Making thread about it and whining that your uncles barber gets news faster just makes you look petty.

I guarantee Werder knows more, sooner than anyone on here and when ESPN/DMN release stories, many of them come from Werder himself. He's had and been in Jerry's ear for decades.
