Yes. I’m not fond of this place for many reasons, but my family is here and I can’t convince them to leave.

Tell me, give me specific. Because I feel the same way about Los Angeles. People say folks in NO are nice but seeing how the Saints treated the ref this game and how the ref had to move hotel, I'm not so sure. Then I see Saints fan reactions and I'm having mix feeling. At the same time other fans have said Saints fans are friendly, and yet I see Saints fans bring in whistle trying to cheat. Not to mention, druing Katrina, not all but some people smash window to steal TV and other electronics instead of just getting food, water, and medicine. Of course the same the same thing would happen in Los Angeles so that why I wish I wasn't stuck here for most of my life.

NOLA is a cess pool/ After Katrina half their population moved to places like SE texas (Houston and lesser extent Beaumont area), DFW, and Atlanta. Crime rates immediately skyrocketed with their arrival. Most of them stayed.

I've heard it said on other team forums how unsophisticated and unknowledgeable Cowboy fans are but those S/ La. fans are mostly ignorant about the game and the league. They know how to get drunk and rowdy and make noise.

I like Brees as he's a Texas boy from Austin. But the Saints and their fans .... F 'em!

People here are proud of their lack of education. The whole “who dat” thing is more than just a sports chant...people here speak like that, and it’s like dragging fingernails on a blackboard to me. I hate the heat and humidity...I hate the constant threat of hurricanes every August and September, never knowing if the only things I’ll be able to salvage are whatever I can bring with me to evacuate. That’s just a few things off the top of my head. I’ll think of something I should have added as soon as I hit that reply button!

Crime rates didn’t go down here...you’d think they would if the lowest of the low moved out (I don’t disagree with you, but if you remember, looters stayed behind raiding stores on Canal Street, etc.)

Ironic how many people here complaining about the Saints fans whining are the same ones who still cry about the Dez non catch from ~5 years ago. Pretty sure there was also a 3-4 page thread of “classy” Cowboys fans on this site mocking the Saints fans for rightfully complaining about the officiating when we played them. Hypocrisy and double standards are very popular here.

Saints fans are just as bad as Eagles fans. But it's masked because of their "cool" city and their "vibrant" traditions. This is why I think it's hilarious how they lost this game and last year's game.

Anytime them and Brees lose is a good day for me.

Rightfully complaining? Lmao. Their only TD in that game came off a terrible call to extend the drive. And then blatant OPI in the endzone for the TD.

Their fans are trash.

The whole game was trash from an officiating standpoint. I promise, had we lost that game, every penalty would have been cherry picked and there would still be threads about how the NFL hates us and wanted us to lose that game.

The “one penalty evens out another penalty” is bull. Every bad penalty or non call has a direct efffect on both teams whether it be field position, strategy, mentality, play calling, etc. So yeah, they were rightfully complaining as any football fan who watched that game should have been.
