There was one thing I heard on the radio broadcast as I was coming home from work... Garrett was getting absolutely roasted for allowing Zeke to play on defense. I have to agree with the announcers. Serious game or not, it was irresponsible on Garrett's part to risk injury to his best offensive asset. The weather was terrible and the game was basically over. It served no purpose.

Just more excuses for Garrett. We've already seen just about 10 years of this and now it's brought into the probowl and he gets more excuses.

The purpose was to let the guys have some fun. He's not the only player who played both sides. It's not like guys were running each other over. It was basically touch football.

I get the 'fun' part. Would you still feel the same if something had happened? I know nothing happened, but it still makes you wonder about the what if's and the impact of next season if something had.

I wonder how quick Jerry would have fired his butt if Zeke had slipped and tore an ACL or something.

You’re worrying about nothing. Hell, did you have the volume up? The QBs were just making up plays and telling receivers where to go. On both teams. There were offensive players playing defense. The only difference I really saw was the AFC was actually rushing the QB, and at least once even blitzed illegally. There weren’t game plans or preparation, it was a thrown together game with the players goofing around

Lol...both sides allowed players to do it, but only Garrett was irresponsible. It was entertainment, you whiners are ridiculous, I guess they should've let them in the dodgeball or other skills challenges either, they might get a hangnail...lol

Well, if that’s the viewpoint, let’s prohibit him from exercise of any kind until the season. After all, he could slip if he runs or lifts or excercizes in any way.

I’ve been saying for years that Garrett couldn’t win a super bowl if he had the NFC pro bowl team for the entire season. Nice to know I was right.

I’ve played in much more intense games of touch football than this. The players were just going through the motions and having fun. Nobody cared who won.

Proud to say that I didn't watch it. Will be as interesting and legitimate as the Super Bowl next week. Not watching phootball at all! The owners need to clean house from the commish on down. This is keystone cops running a sideshow, in the national fixed league. Incompetence from referees no longer covers the game altering calls and non-calls. A 5 year old would have called that Rams pass interference correctly. Unveiled game fixing.
