If it's a game I don't really care much about, I don't mind the chatter, but when Dallas is playing, I prefer a little less talk and a lot more action.

At the beginning, he speaks about his first 3 years, then about the last 5 (apparently since then), so it sounds like an interview he did in his 8th year starting. No idea to whom he was speaking, though.
