Notice that quote is from the book and was EXCLUDED from the TV series.

For a reason...

I’m trying to remember if they’ve done that with previous seasons (run promos of scenes that weren’t in the show) and can’t remember.

Could also be a dream sequence, or Bran communicating with them as the 3 eyed raven - hence the feather.
Good point, especially with the feather. I think all Bran's visions are more concrete though. I don't recall him having abstract premonitions, but you could be right.

I think I remember them doing a similar representative promo last season, but I could be thinking of a different show. Maybe it was Vikings that did that.

3:23 mark

The wording was been slightly altered from 'When will I wed the prince?' to '...gold their shrouds.' but everything else was practically the same except the 'six-and-ten' reference. The show changed that to 'twenty'. The last part starting with 'And when your tears have drowned you' was changed to the witch laughing at Cersei.

I've read all the books already too. I tend to prefer to read the books before watching movies / TV shows. Doing it the other way around tends to cause the story-line to become discombobulated when trying to read the book after the fact. (all the extra scenes, story-lines, and other details, etc)

Though to be honest. I generally like to wait until all the books are finished before reading the books as waiting years (like Martin's books) is just plain painful and stupid. Probably the primary reason I've basically refused to read King's Dark Tower series. King already said he will never finish it. hah
I agree and prefer the same but doing so always leads to two effects for me. First, the movie seems like its on fast-forward the entire time as you lose all sense of elapsed time in movies compared to the books. Second, the movie version tends to leave out very important parts, events and even sometimes characters, or worse, they alter the story lines to meet their "cinema vision" which damages or destroys some of the key parts of the book story.

Well, Daenerys Targaryen and Sansa Stark are 'younger and more beautiful' than Cersei Lannister but it better be Dany or I will go full-blown White Walker on EVERYBODY!:p
Somebody grab us some dragon glass just in case and keep an eye on this one.

Well played! I noticed the feather but gave it little thought. I should pay better attention to these subtle hints. Bran's lost his mind and manners as the 3 eyed raven. I don't think he'd try to prevent his visions from coming to pass.

The Valonqar = The younger brother". Not "Your younger brother" technically speaking. It doesn't have to be Jaime or Tyrion.
In before Sandor chokes her out after dropping big brother.

It's probably Jaime tho.
