What I’d like to see if we don’t sign ET

I dont know about signing Tate. Cowboys fans are still pissy about that hit on Lee

They should get over it if they can add a player that would make this offense better.

But he's likely going to get paid anyway at some point, far more than we'd be willing to pay a slot WR.

I’m not sure any of those DT choices are really much of an upgrade over what we have.

Shelton would be.

But I think this front office just really doesn't care all that much about the DT position, especially the 1T.

I suspect FA is basically Thomas or bust for an immediate impact player and then they'll drop some bargain bin contracts on some slop like they do every year.

Which is the better safety blanket? Golden Tate or 50 yr old Jason Witten? We will forgive Tate if he produces. If a Cowboy had made a similar hit on an opposing player, we would feel a lot differently.

Shelton would be a bigger body in the middle anyway, but he’s pretty one dimensional. Im hoping without even the possibility of Irving this year they will look hard at DT.

He's definitely one dimensional and that flies in the face of what we do apparently. But I would have no problem having a slop run stuffing 2 down player to add to this team.

I want to think they will make DT a priority in the draft but history tells me they won't. They might throw some late round picks at DT and call it day.

What your gonna see is nothing. What you will hear is crickets. And the sound of a huge prop from JJs new yacht.

Same reason I don't forgive Suh. You can't forgive not being a human on the field!

He has shown me next to nothing except for that hit which should have been flagged

Aren't we being preppie today?

Nothing and today...was the man injured, last season?

oh, and in your insultive response remark, tone it down before you even start.

No offense my friend and fellow fan. I want to make that clear.

But in all due respect. Lose out on ET who just wants us to match the best offer so we can pay Golden Tate who played with ET in Seattle and they had no problem letting him go? He is playing a position we need his elite talent at. About a decade now. We are fine at WR with what we have, Beasley is not all that and although Hurns isn't either it's not that huge of a drop off.

Nah, unacceptable.

Trade for Duke Johnson? Why even trade for him? They have Chubb and Hunt. You think they want to pay Johnson that money as their 3rd string?

Right give the team who is going to take ET from us draft picks for players they aren't going to be utilizing while paying them anyways.

John Dorsey really is a genius.

I'll tell you this much. If that team gets ET and get to use those 8 picks + in this draft to fill their o-line, LB's, and anything else they desire? You better believe you are looking at the team that can take down New England and KC where Dorsey just left 2 season's ago.

You want to give them more picks that we need?

No shot.

They have Hunt on a 1 year deal and he'll be missing most of the season. That's why you'll have to trade.

The way this offseason is going, I don’t expect any of these moves now anyway. Our next move will probably be giving Adam Redmond a 5 year extension.
