"moment of silence for Beasley"
Is this the only one of his videos you have seen? If so, you need to catch his weekly videos during the season and see if you don’t see some of yourself in them. Any fan who has their emotions stirred and has reactions to moments in the games will see it. In the end it’s just comedy, and as such, sure some of it may be making fun of fan overreactions, and some may just be overblowing what fans do or say for comedic effect. It’s lighthearted, have fun with it.If you see yourself in these....you guys get that that’s not a good thing, right? It means you’re reacting the way a cartoon would.

Of course it is, and a charicature is an exaggeration of what’s real for the purpose of humor, so it’s not that if you see similarities you are acting like a cartoon, it’s that how you act is being exaggerated into the cartoon for the purpose of humor. Surely you’ve seen some of your own thoughts and reactions in his videos.I’ve seen many of them. And they’re great.
It’s still a charicature.
,,,er 'copy'I miss Trouty posting on this board. Has to be hands down one the nicest poster on here.
He's alive&doing fine on cloud nine,I'd talked to him a couple weeks back, he's good but I guess it's his bizness as to why he's not around here as often as b-4,I didn't really pry.Yah... haven’t seen him for ages but always appreciated his posts. Do you know why he left?
It’s still a charicature.
The point of caricature is to exaggerate the real to the point of absurdity. That's why he's funny. We have those feelings. We enjoy seeing them expressed so strongly, while recognizing the absurdity of expressing them that strongly.
