Offer our 2nd and late 4th this year to move up....and a 3rd in 2020.

We need the difference maker @ DT...and he seems like our kind of guy to take Irvings place.

Hell, he might fall to us with his injury. Only way we’d even think about moving up is if he makes it into the 2nd.

No way, it is too much to give up.
No way giving away a 3rd in 2020.

And certainly not a pick this year when we have only 6 picks. A d need to add players for the draft. Unless they sign Berry, Quinn, McDowel. And not give up much for Quinn. That is the only way to give up a pick. And hopefully that can be a 2020 conditional pick.

The kid has upper echelon skills....... quickness, athleticism, etc.

Focus has always been the knock on him but the last year at ND would seem to diffuse some notions that he doesn’t have drive or desire.

He’s a smart kid too.

With the way this draft is shaking out...I wouldn't be shocked if he is our target....then get a SS in the 3rd.

Tillery would be acceptible, but I would rather have Dexter Lawrence inside. Even better would be to see Zach Allen drop into the 2nd. That's the one I would move up and grab. He can play both DE and DT.

I didn't know anything about him, but because the OP felt we should offer so much I became interested to find out about him. I found multiple sites that indicated he has real character issues ranging from being a partier, to being a malcontent, to not having the greatest work ethic, to not seeming to always give his full effort, to kicking an opponent in the head and stomping on the leg of another (Ndomukong Suh?), to being suspended from the Fiesta Bowl as a Freshman due to an unspecified violation of team rules.
