In this case, don't look back. Even if ya did, how many draft picks actually pan out to be elite, much less good enough?

Oh, no second-guessing here. I'll admit to feeling they may have overpaid when I'd first heard of the deal, but in retrospect? It's already worked out, provided they get the long term contract done.

I will read his analysis of OL because that's where his "expertise" was as a scout, even though Parcells didn't think so, and DL because of the relationship of the two positions but after listening to him after he was fired, I understood why he was fired. If he really was good, he would have landed a job after Parcells in the NFL and not as a Kibitzer on Galloway's show. His analysis of players was much more miss than hit but I did enjoy his behind the scenes stuff about Valley Ranch, the only reason Galloway had him on.

I am surprised he ended up with anything related to the Cowboys because he was the one bringing out just how miserable Booger was with Parcells shoving him out of the spotlight.
Interesting office politics, to say the least.

It's all a gamble, isn't it? Heisman Award winners who can't play it forward, injuries, salary jumps, bad chemistry, etc, etc, ad nauseam. It's the money that raises eyebrows. Some of the recent QB contracts will bite the respective FOs in the butt. Coop has been worth it so far.

"Screaming memmies of mind bending malfeasance have seemingly been unleashed upon my mellow comprehensive mildness of incorporating mental gathering capabilities upon reading/ categorizing this input,,,I'm afeared blindness& dysentery could possibly soon ensue,,,o_O"

I always love when Bryan Broaddus talks about players. His list excites me if we can get a guy like Taylor Rapp or Abram at 58 when they are in his top 40. The tightend from Ole Miss intrigues me since he doesnt have a lot of numbers but his abilities show up clearly. I really think if we nail this draft we are ready for not just an NFC title match but we are true SB contenders. We have drafted well the last 6 to 7 years so I expect a great draft. If you look at Broaddus list which players excite you that can be in our range?

add link please

Broaddus is a fine analyst but he’s proven time and time again that he is horrrible at talent evaluation.

He isn't the best evaluator, but I do like his insights. Having been on the inside, he does have a feel for what goes into the draft.
