from the draft notes...

He was fully cleared to participate in the combine, but he did suffer a serious neck injury last season, and it's a
concern any time a player is coming back from that type of injury.

Pre-draft medical checks figure to play a big role in his evaluation.

I predicted this the other day that he would fall to the second. Guessing injuries and maybe route tree are in question.

Not surprised Metcalf wasn’t selected. He doesn’t project as a #1. He ran a limited route tree at Ole Miss and is going to need development (much more than some of the other receivers).

Not surprised Nasir Adderley dropped. Overhyped, average sized/middling athlete that played low-level competition at Delaware.

Surprised OT Taylor from Florida dropped. Apparently there are some injury concerns I wasn’t aware of. I think he’s best OT prospect (or Top 2) in the draft.

IMagine him in AZ with Murray, they already ahd good back but they do need to get the oline fixed but Kylers movement will help that.. if this were year we needed a solid outside WR , id go get DK but we have Gallup and Amari and need a slot guy, fast ST returner type..

TE Irv Smith Alabama and a bit surprised only 2 of the top safeties are off the board which should bode well for Dallas

Will be a run on corners early tonight and then OL guys. Expect Arizona to go Cody Ford with pick 33 to protect Murray, then they probably draft a WR after they trade Rosen today to either Cincy or Miami. Strange draft still and as one analyst put it last night, we could see a lot of players for picks the next two days as does not appear anyone is overwhelmed with any guy left.

Jawaan Taylor was the most surprising. He could have gone in the top 10 and it wouldn't have shocked me.

Metcalf wasn't surprising. He's a one trick pony who seems to be more interested in weight lifting than becoming a real WR who can run a route tree.

they are saying Taylor's back and knee are worse than originally reported.

Must be true because that guy is a stud that should not still be on the board.

I kept saying "Taylor will go this pick" and kept being wrong.

Was surprised, especially when it was other linemen getting drafted instead.

It's why we're not really that informed on the players. We don't know the medicals. We don't know how they interview. Things like that.

When the Eagles traded up for Dillard and the Texans followed right after with Howard I knew something was up with Taylor.

I’m surprised Metcalf slid

I mean if he doesn’t work out as a wide receiver he could be a 1 tech DT
