33. Arizona: D.K. Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss
A weapon for Kyler Murray, though offensive line would also make some sense here. Metcalf is a one-route wonder, but Murray is going to be improvisational and needs a receiver who can do the same

I still think Dallas goes Safety or DT based on prospect remaining I think there are guys who the Cowboys have brought in who are still there especially at the safety spot

Irv Smith or a back up QB in the second round? This guy is nuts. No way Dallas takes a QB in the second round. :muttley:

When are people going to accept the Cowboys like Dak? It doesn't matter whether anyone else likes him, so suggesting a second round pick or trading for Rosen...just stop. It's not going to happen.

Jason Witten is only going to get this team so far. While I think a backup QB is also a possibility here and should be seriously considered for the long-term, Smith gives them first-round value at the bottom of the second.

90. Dallas: Miles Sanders, RB, Penn State
The Cowboys need some depth behind Ezekiel Elliott.

Id have 0 problem with TE Irv Smith....I figured he'd go bottom of Rd 1 or top of Rd 2.
hate passing up Thornhill or Ferguson tho...but Smith is a helluva player.

I like Irv a lot. I would have no problem with the pick. I would, however, have a problem with a RB before the late rounds.

My only problem with this pick is can we just sign a guy like this just about every offseason or is this a special player?

These TE's get drafted high then you look up in a few years and they're available in free agency for nothing.
