Haven't been this disappointed in a draft in a long time. Buffet line of Safties for the taking and even Gardner sitting there in the third and they draft a head case DT and another OG. So either Frederick is toast or they are moving on from someone else. Dallas doesn't care about a quality safety that can cause turnovers or fear of going over the middle. We have a trio (Heath, Iloka, Woods) of suckage in the middle.

The offense better score a heck of a lot of points. Because the D still needs help...especially at S position. Seems they think Iloka is the answer there. Hopefully Hooker slips to them in the 4th.

He was rated in the low-mid 80s pick wise on both boards. Easily PSU's best OL the past few years. I should know...seen all the games. Nittany Lion alum, ergo my sig.

Let me just put this out there ... there's a reason why RBs Saquan and Miles Sanders had so much success, especially between the tackles.

Like I said: this kid is solid as a rock. Didn't notice him some PSU game though. You know why? Cuz he did his job very well, that's why. What do you think of Sanders going to Philly? I don't like it for us. Sanders is......really good too.

I'm really hoping they get Tell. This draft, especially for a lack of a 1st, has been stupid imo. I usually defend our drafts, but this looks like a stupid draft so far. I suppose we're moving on from Collins. However, I thought safety was a big need here. Tell is a must have now imo. Or the safety from Delaware if he's still on the board.

I'm getting the vibe of the draft of 2009. Literally feeling sick to my stomach.:banghead:

I hate to say one pick dooms a draft....but come on man...we needed to hit on these picks...especially tonight. We had a chance to add a couple of starters....instead we get guys that might not even make the roster.

Without a first rounder and not having a pick until late second, I have not done all the research and reading up on all the draftees like I usually do for months in advance. With all the bellyaching going on this year, I am so glad I didn’t. I actually have the blessed ignorance to give these picks a chance before moaning and crying about them.

I sure hope you guys that aren’t ignorant on these matters are wrong about them as there seems to be a vast majority opinion that they both suck. I guess we will see

Despite being disappointed in ignoring safety yet again, I do think McGovern is a solid pick. Most projections have him as a 3rd rounder as high as #68.
Not a pressing need, but anytime this regime takes a player in the round he's projected to go, you have to count it as a win.

low round safetys are not going to be any better than wilcox was, or heath is.
Face it the good ones are all gone.
dallas so far did not get 1 player who can contribute this season.
