Does this mean my uncle Harold wasn't crazy?

A recent uptick in sightings of unidentified flying objects — or, as the military calls them, “unexplained aerial phenomena” — prompted the U.S. Navy to draft formal procedures for pilots to document encounters, a corrective measure that former officials say is long overdue.

“Since 2014, these intrusions have been happening on a regular basis,” Joseph Gradisher, spokesman for the deputy chief of naval operations for information warfare, told the Washington Post on Wednesday. Recently, unidentified aircraft entered military-designated airspace as often as multiple times per month. “We want to get to the bottom of this. We need to determine who’s doing it, where it’s coming from, and what their intent is. We need to try to find ways to prevent it from happening again.”

Citing safety and security concerns, Gradisher vowed to "investigate each and every report."

Luis Elizondo, a former senior intelligence officer, told the Post that the new Navy guidelines formalized the reporting process, facilitating data-driven analysis while removing the stigma from talking about UFOs, calling it “the single greatest decision the Navy has made in decades.”

In some cases, pilots — many of whom are engineers and academy graduates — say they observed small spherical objects flying in formation. Others say they’ve seen white, Tic-Tac-shaped vehicles. Aside from drones, all engines rely on burning fuel to generate power, but these vehicles all had no air intake, no wind, and no exhaust.

"It's very mysterious, and they still seem to exceed our aircraft in speed," he said, calling it a "truly radical technology."

Well, once the power supply & an adequate longevity in the life expectancy of reliability in the electromagnetic railgun slated to be deployed on our DD destroyer class of naval warships,,,er,,,in conjunction with a proper rapid tracking/targeting lock system,,,and a few holes start getting kinetically induced through those
" unexplained aerial phenomena " that 5th column of the never questioned will start howling out loud,,,

*Look man! Y'all don't seriously believe when the U.S. government announced something like 6 trillion in currency went * poof* absent, it was like " oil well" thats the way it goes?,,,,Those conniving insider rat turdling bass turds have been rat hole funneling cash towards that TR3B triangle casing-liner since the 70's,,, Ha! the U.S patent office won't even accept the filing of paperwork for any antigravity mechanismso_O

My cousin used to be an officer in Army Intelligence. I'll have to get him really drunk one day, swear an oath to never reveal the state secrets he shares with me, and then post them all here the next day. :)

Yo,CF74,,,while that whole spectrum of science fiction is the actual basis for trial& error steps towards fruition of breakthrough in scientific achievement,,, the weirded-out s*** like HAARP& that underground anti-matter hadron collider planetary fabric casing-liner cracker jack ripper of inner dimension type of mind **** stuff,,,,ya know? And these so called " rat brains" of the self acclaimed brainiac wizards of protective eye wear/ laboratory *duster of new frontier range riding attire* replete with an off colored plastic pocket protector harbouring an unimaginable array of pencil sized doo-dadded Gizmo's of as yet to be released to the G.P. just continually keep burrowing ever further deeper into the unknown like the true blind &brain dead rodent moles that they are ,after HAVING once cracking& exploiting an initial eureka milestone achievement ,,,SHEESE! ,,,and while it's of a good certainty I'll fair rather well throughout it all,,, it's plainly obvious that YER FIXING TO BE HOSED BRO! LIKE DE-MOLECULARIZED &phanthom jet booted TO the ILLIUDIUM442 Detroitius star system (GOOD LUCK,BRO!)

I got to know an individual, years ago now, who was once a highly decorated person in the Air Force for most of his life. Nice guy and I gained some trust from him. I could pull some neat stories from him but he wouldn't budge on the juicy stuff. He once told me, "I have secrets about the military that I will absolutely take to my grave and wouldn't even tell my wife, that I love very much."

AHHHHH! TELL ME NOW!!

Unfortantely I found out he passed a few years ago, seemingly taking those secrets with him.

Not only would I dismiss "UFO" sightings. I would ground any pilot that claims to see one.

For me it would depend on the circumstances. After all, "UFO" doesn't necessarily mean aliens. I suppose I would ground any pilot pending an investigation, but sometimes UFOs show up on radar or multiple pilots in an area see it.

With all of the cameras and instruments available on aircraft now, it should be easy to at least get visual evidence of any sort of anomaly. Then again, maybe they do and classify it (probably because it's one of our classified programs flying around)

Still, it would be disconcerting to know that we have a pilot up in the sky that claimed to encounter UFO's having access to missiles and such on their jets.

Of all the celebrated sightings the Rendlesham Forest ones here in the UK takes some explaining. Based on the estimated number of potentially habitable planets it is almost impossible that life isn't anything but abundant across the universe(s).

Also there have been too many sightings from reputable witnesses which supports the view that we are being visited by something or someone.
