Jerry was excited about Hutchinson, and even more so about Drew Henson.

Parcells laughed, chose Quincy Carter for the interim, then went with an undrafted rookie in the end.

Jerry knows NOTHING about quarterbacks.

Jerry is loyal to a fault, and Dak took a lot of bullets during the off-field stuff for Jerry last year. Dak got Jerry out of the media crosshairs.

The fact that you believe there is no other way to speak positively about your third year QB without blowing smoke up his butt speaks of your imagination.

Here is another way to go: Dak has done some really good things since starting in 2016 and we are excited to see how he improves in 2019.

I mean, there would be more "umms" and "uhhs" in there since it's Jerry, but saying you are ALREADY sold on him while also admitting he's not a finished product yet is dumb.

I do like that Dak is his own man, he could have crumbled but he doubled down...I like that. Dak is not great by any stretch but he does seem to have IT and he is deserving of some nice cashies for the Jones Boys.
