Anywhere in the Canadian Rockies

Roast Beef
Potatoes
Vegetable's
Rolls
Pumpkin Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream (since it's my last meal, the entire pie)
Wine (Since it's my last meal, might as well make it a bottle or 2 or a case)

7 Bone Roast with Potatoes and Carrots, Sweet Corn on the Cobb, Beans and Hamhawks, Home Made Carrot Cake and a tall glass of Organic Whole Milk.

You're definitely not Native NM. If you were there would be mention of Red, Green or Christmas. No way my last meal wouldn't include those...

Mine: Layered red chili enchiladas with four or five corn tortillas, pinto beans, ground hamburger meat, grated cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato (NO ONIONS). Wash it down with an ice cold Corona beer with lime...

Don't get me wrong, I love Enchiladas but it don't beat out Roast Beef. BTW, hate Corona and love onions on my Enchiladas. LOL........

Here's a thing though, I do love Green Chile Roast Beef Burritos. Also, I make a Green Chile Gravy with slivers of Roast Beef over Mashed Potatoes. Still, none of that beats out a good old 7 Bone roast.

Last meal? While I am not a sweets addict, it would consist of the most decadent desserts beginning with Bananas Foster from Antoine's in NO, my daughter in law's banana pudding cheesecake, crème brulee from Commander's Palace in NO and Cherries Jubilee from this little restaurant we dined at in San Francisco and then turn me loose in Amy's Ice Cream in Austin with a big spoon, that's the place you can send them to retrieve my remains. Which location you ask? Any, I plan on making them all, just look for the ice cream carnage and screaming traumatized children.

That does sound awesome, minus any onions of course...

If this was to be your last meal before you pass on, what would it be?

Your last meal can take place anywhere in the world, and consist of anything you want.

Ex: Last meal takes place in Italy, but you want a Cheeseburger and fries!

What say you?
I would love to taste my mom's enchiladas again! She's been gone for 6 years. My dad makes them for us every other Wednesday. I dont have the heart to tell him that they're not as good. One day I'll be craving his enchiladas!!! Lol!! I hope that's not anytime soon.
If that's not possible, I'll settle for a Porterhouse steak, king crab legs with a side of asparagus and a tub of melted garlic butter. A good cigar and a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black. Salud!!
Almost forgot, I would want to eat it at my ranch looking at my cows graze and I would want my cigar and scotch at my place on the beach watching the sunset.

Wait!!!! Nothing was mentioned about cigars n whiskey, only last meal.

To hell with the last meal, if that's my last night on this rock, I am skipping the chow and going for the glory with Louis XIII cognac, preceded by a brace of Belvedere tinis, a couple of bottles of Opus One and an assortment of Arturo Fuente Opus X stogs to accompany me on my last journey. Damn me if I'll want to leave though, that's a fine way to live. Especially if I don't have to pay the bill when it comes.

On my front porch strumming the banjo, which I never mastered, singing dooo wop diddy diddy after a plate of franks and beans with mami's hot sauce. Besides where I'm goin it's gonna be hell fire hot like Mami's Can't go nowhere without mami's hot sauce. Now if i'm on death row that's a completely different menu. Something that takes forever to cook like a 40 pound rooster or one of Ranching's beef cows, the older the better nyuk nyuk nyuk

I’m thinking a pile of nachos with both chicken and beef, 3 cheese queso, beans, guacamole, lettuce, onion and tomatoes, green chilies, loads of jalapeños, and whoever can find me a gargantuan bowl of the best salsa around.

Wash it all down with an ice cold Dr. Pepper.

Take out the onions and throw in some ice cold beer and this would be my strong 2nd...Well done...
