The real test of a player's character isn't when times are good, it's when times are bad.

Taco was fine his rookie season (as far as we know anyway), it's when he was still struggling as a sophomore, and got hurt, and got his job taken that his attitude issues kind of rose to the fore.

He came in humble and appreciative of the talent that will be around him. He knows what he can do and isn't shying away from it. There is nothing wrong with any of that but he needs to understand nothing will be given to him, he has to earn it. His journey has just begun. War in the trenches... bring it!

Just pointing out that those quotes represent way more evidence regarding the guy's attitude than has been presented to the contrary. Never mind a ton of assumptions being made based on starting lineups and playing time.
