Deanyries wants to rule but she wants to be loved too. Once she started losing the people she cared about and her dragons started going down I knew she was going to have a meltdown. She was showing signs for a while now.

I partly blame Jon for being such a weirdo.. I mean speak up man. Grow a sack when it comes to doing what you have to. He could of just gave dany what she wanted, take one for the team. Instead he sits there like a weirdo and still follows her to the destruction of kings landing.

Everyone knows what Jon must do next episode. If he doesnt do what's right, then Jon is no real leader.

At least Varys died doing the right thing. And honestly as things sit now there is no better person to rule Westeros than Tyrion Lannister.
Jon is a Northerner. Isnt Aunt Smashing forbidden in the North?

Personally all the characters this season appear to have devolved into some sort of weaker-pseudo caricature of themselves. None of them are worthy.

I'm now leaning to Dany kills them all. Jon as potential usurper, Tyrion the traitor, Arya as a potential assassin, Sansha because, well, she hates her, the Baratheon kid she promoted.. all of them!!

I think it would be glorious. An entire episode of Godfather final scene retribution and death as the Mad Queen takes a stranglehold on the seven kingdoms forever. Every challenger killed.. the end!
And Daenerys becomes the queen nothing, because everyone else is dead.

I don't know. Look at the creepy relationship between Lysa Stark and her son. That child actor earned his money!
Robin wasn't from the north, nor did they live in the north during those shenanigans!

So, Captain Picard says....

Okay, I never read the books, and just assumed by the weather and seemingly close proximity (judging by how quickly Catelyn got there) to Winterfell, that it was part of the North.

Winterfell circled in Black

The Eyrie circled in Blue (where Robin and Lysa were)

King's Landing circled in Red.

The Eyrie was closer to King's Landing than Winterfell. The North starts after the Neck which is above The Twins (you can read that on the map)

I will preface my comment by stating nothing is impossible in fiction. That said, it would be an insult to every single death involving all previous major or minor characters in the series if Cersei AND/OR Jaime crawled out of the rubble alive. It is like... some people MUST see tons of stone crush their bodies on the screen--perhaps perferably in slow motion.

Their exits were blocked. They stood together, unflinching, in one place. For a split second, all anyone sees is stones falling around them and the massive cloud of dirt obscures them--symbolizing a section of the castle collapsing on them.

But...

...they survived?

Guess Melisandre resurrected them like she did Jon? Wait. She's dead already. Melisandre would have borrowed a line from Leonard McCoy and said, 'They're dead Jim'... if she was still alive, that is.

Lena Headey is a very good actress. She helped create an onscreen character SO hated that some of the show's fans want her to die ANOTHER horrible death than the one she just experienced. That is great acting.

RIP Cersei Lannister

I don't know, because it looks like a foot? hah Looks like Long Island? lol

Who exactly (and when) did someone sail to Dorne that you speak of?
For one, when the assassin girls sailed to King's Landing, and when Tyrion sent his niece to Dorne. Or am I remembering those events wrong?

I didn't like that the Dragon fire/breath was able to knock down stone walls with such ease. When the Dragons roasted Sam's father and brother i don't remember them getting thrown backwards from the Dragon fire. When the fire was hitting the walls it was like bombs were going off. Shoot a flame thrower at a stone wall and see what the result is, i'm pretty sure the stone wall won't crumble instantly.

I agree, it was a bit much, even though the dragon didn't use full force when burning Sam's father and brother, or Varys, for that matter. For the flames to be that hot, they'd have to have been blue, I think.....Still cool though.

Or how accurate and fast they were with those scorpions in episode 4, but totally inept in episode 5.

Wasn't Jon Snow hiding behind a rock vs the dead dragon breathing blue flame at him and the rock didn't explode, but when that same dragon breath blue flame at the wall in the north the wall came right down. It only works 50%? They messed up.
