I read that out of the 25(I think that was the number of dudes arrested) guys nabbed in the sting,5 took the prosecutions offer, now I believe ,since the deadline to accept that original offer is long past,NOW, it's gonna be successively more vindictive ( clearly illustrating that those who serve& make up the fiefdom in which they rule & believe they own, is the protective cocoon of those who dictate) it's now gonna be a $5,000 fine,100 hours community service & something about forced attendance ( x =?amount)meetings to prostitution awareness counseling ,should any of the accused wish to
" cop a plea" now ,,,SHEESE!,,, What I do know is that the maximum extracted punishment the courts can inflict for misdemeanor charges are: one year local jail incarceration , along with a $10,000 fine o_O

to be physically present thru out the entire court proceedings, as he's got like 3 attorneys flying his flag for him all at the same time:thumbup::lmao:

Palm Beach county judge Leonard Hanser granted the defense counsel's request in NOT allowing the alleged video tape evidence incriminating ROBERT KRAFT in the money grubbing sting operation ,acknowledging were it been made available to the public before the trial would severely damage the defendants right to a fair & impartial jury trial, till after that jury has been seated& the process of decided punishment ( if any) is underway ,,,or,,, the case having been resolved.

This is the most recent news available on the web,and it went down on 4-23-19 as cops in Jupiter Florida dropped the pop on 58 year old sex worker Shen Mingbi Arresting her on one count of deriving support through means of prostitution& 8 counts on offer to commit prostitution,,,as the superlative efforts of the ever vigilant Jupiter law enforcement personnel had done dropped the boom on the second prostitute Lei Wang previously,,, now, while I recall that old burger king " it takes two hands, to handle the whopper " promo that hamburger chain used to run, apparently Robert "the double whopper" Kraft's warrants the requirements of 4 hands in the proper handling of it,,,:thumbup:

Apparently, my Friend, it's kinda' like some sort of mandatory state law that the video evidence has to be released to the public,,,:huh:,,, however perverse in concept the central state governments thought process that draws from that,,, is,,, well, kinda bizarrely mentally twisted in & of itself:confused:

Does anybody really believe the rich owner of a home town team that has won 6 SBs would ever get convicted? And just how would he get to have a jury of his peers, how many billionaires are in Massachusetts anyway?

He'll walk no matter what evidence is presented, then he can claim he was vindicated. I suspect he or someone else applied pressure to the prosecutors to drop the charges, then when that didn't work he went to plan B.

Regardless he'll not be found guilty...

This thread is kaput for all intents & purposes, as I recall reading that it'd be something like 110 days b-4 the prosecution could exhaust their appeals on the judges ruling over the video being inadmissible ,it'll get a little media attention around October when the appeals are exhausted, then if the state continues to push for a big fat loser of a case.
