I just rewatched the overtime game with Philadelphia.

As much respect I have for Looney stepping in, he almost single handedly cost us that game. Go back and watch his snaps on our overtime drive. Wild and errant.

IF Frederick comes back and performs as he has in the past, this offense is going to look vastly better.

A close second for most improved addition, in my opinion, will be Connor Williams extra weight.

I'm ready for training camp.

It is only a question about his level of recovery because all we need to do is go back and look at the difference between the offense with and without Stepnowski. Center is a very undervalued position and I remember Franco Harris and Lynn Swann saying that Mike Webster was really the MVP of that offense after he passed away.

Yosemite is really a physical presence but the offense missed his intelligence more than that and he is the leader of that OL, the most important unit on any team. Dak liked seeing Cooper show up but he's going to love having Yosemite back.

Currently on track to be ready for the season opener, Frederick maintained at his recent charity event that he’s recovered from the Guillain-Barre syndrome which sidelined him last season. Yet he still likely won’t be participating in contract drills during next week’s OTAs.

During the Blocking Out Hunter Golf Challenge, Frederick revealed it’s Labrum surgery that will likely limit him to start the year. He spoke to Dallas Morning News about his overall health, and what the game plan for him will be in the early part of training camp.

We all want the same thing for T-Fred. We want him to be what he was- even 90% of what we was. But frankly, it’s simply too early to really know what kind of physical shape he’s in.

He will be recovering from the shoulder surgery to repair his labrum tear which takes at least 4 months to gain full motion. I think we need to recognize that TF may need some extra time to get ready to play this year. It may be late Sept or early Oct before he’s back in the saddle.

Fred-Beard being the biggest addition would go a long way in Cowboys offensive proficiency, but a dog fight for #2 between Cobb, Pollard, Hill and Quinn could put us in the Super Bowl. Yes I am both greedy and optimistic when it comes to the Cowboys:flagwave:

Hopefully Freddie is Freddie. Right now he is more name than player. We will see how it plays out.
