K, when he comes back into town I'll ask him if he wants to go out on the town and I'll see for myself. I'll even take pictures. Want an autograph? I'll have him sign a beer can for ya.

LOL....just what I thought. Just throwing stuff against the wall w/o an ounce of proof.

"Push"
"Victim"
"Battery"

This report is extra.

To be in someone's personal space and they fall trying to move back is a "push".

Same person falls over a janky little gate is considered a "victim".

Lastly, to somehow bring up the term "battery" in any capacity in this situation is evidence of the police needing a better term for what happened.
This is the player you have termed the "leader" of this team. The leader of the Dallas Cowboys doesn't constantly get drunk in public, act like a clown or get in trouble with the law.

Good grief. Mountains outa mole hills. Next law on the books? Misdemeanor glaring.

He was let go. The security guard didn’t press charges. But that doesn’t change the fact Zeke was a sloppy drunk acting like an idiot, and should be smart enough to know he is in the public eye and there will be videos wherever he goes.
Oh, I do agree. Still seemed frivolous. But, in the end, he needs to rein it in.

He unfortunately doesn’t get to be an anonymous sloppy drunk like you can find every day in every city. His stupidity gets caught on video and is plastered all over the internet.

Good post. I agree with your assessment. Let's add to it..

Why didn't the Security Guard press charges?

That is the question on my mind.

Just logically he must have said something for Zeke (drunk Zeke) to get an aggressive attention.
I think Zeke pulled off an old school trick. He leaned into Security guards space as if he didn't hear guard but the intention was to chest-check him with an elbow...Guard is a man Zeke is manZeke. Guard goes down.

I think Guard will wise up and press chargers especially after a police report worded Push..Victim...Battery. Probably settle for couple $100ks out of court..

A problem with what, being 23 and having fun?

He didn't do anything here, we're only talking about it because it's Zeke.
That’s part of the point. It’s stupidity and being a sloppy drunk if anyone does this, but Zeke isn’t anyone. He’s a nationally known figure, and he should know as much as anyone that people will video anything he does in public. He can’t pretend he is some anonymous guy in some remote corner of the country. He’s actually lucky he didn’t get arrested for public intoxication, and like it or not, he could have been arrested for the incident with the security guard had the guard wanted to press charges. That’s the reality of the situation.

Are you talking about Jerry?

It's remarkable this team hasn't played in a championship game since the days of Jimmy's leftovers.

100% false. It’s at PD’s discretion, I’ve witnessed police release drunk people several times.

While this is true, normally if an officer lets a person go it’s because the individual can take care of himself and isn’t a threat to anyone else.

Would be a bad look to let a intoxicated person go after being in an “altercation”.
