A MESSAGE FOR ALL OF YOU JUDGE, JURY AND PROSECUTIONERS OUT THERE.

The John Q public picks with Zeke where ever he goes, I guarantee it. How can I guarantee that, because people are horrible. Look no further than some posters on this site for proof. So what do you guys really think is happening with Zeke when he steps outside? Your a piece of crap Zeke, your terrible, Dak sucks, Garrett is the worse coach in the league. They need to get rid of all of y'all. If fact I'd still rather Ramsey over you.

And that's a Cowboy fan talking to Zeke like that. So what do you think happens when he runs into a Cowboy hater? People troll in real life just like they troll on line.

So is Zeke a horrible person or does he just live in a world full of horrible people? That's for a higher power to decide. Because if you keep treating a person like crap, they'll start to act like crap. So is it Zeke or John Q Public.

DONT TALK BAD ABOUT A MAN UNTIL YOU'VE WALKED A MILE IN HIS SHOES.

Oh stop.

You think Zeke is the only NFL player that gets picked on?

And yet amazing, hundreds of NFL players, including some popular ones that are easily recognized, are able to stay out of trouble.

Cern is a poster that has been on these boards forever and deserves better.

Then start posting better while then shifting the burden onto others - also bringing up stories about his wife 'pushing his buttons" in context of a story about a hot headed drunken football player getting physical with someone over words isn't exactly the best thing to post on a board. But hey....

It’s kinda hard to punish him for what I’ve seen but they might see it differently

There you go with the smooth brain thing again l'il Matty

He's asking a viable question.

This whole notion of the security guard saying something bad to Zeke has taken on a life of it's own for those that will defend Elliott no matter what he does.

So I think it's a natural question to ask............ what was said? Has it been reported anywhere that the guy said something vile that required Elliott to get in his face and body block him?

I just gave you two people around Zeke, the people that are part of determining his future in the league and the money he gets. Are you trying to suggest Zeke is detached from his freakin' employers?
You keep with these strawmen that I never mentioned or implied so I really wish you’d stop doing that. I’m glad you didn’t use no bad insults you know you wouldn’t say to my face over a Zeke discussion. Congrats on that my fellow poster. If you ask me a question I actually mentioned I’d be glad to answer but all these seemingly emotional questions that I didn’t say or imply I’m not going to answer them. Hope you understand and if you don’t we will both be okay. Cheers

This is not a court of law, vacuum head. There is no burden of proof required of me. I was instrumental in proving the existence of the Higgs boson. But bozos are beyond my purview.

No it's not a court of law.

But if one makes a claim that something happened, and is questioned on that, it is still up the poster to back that claim up. It doesn't make one look like they are arguing on solid ground when they say something like, "the security guard said something mean to Elliott..........oh you don't believe me? Well go find the proof of it yourself........."

LOL.

So you don't actually have anything. That's why you're avoiding posting a citation for your claim. Also, burden of proof is not just for the court of law, it's also part of a debate.

You're not good at this. Who is up next?
Ok I'm up next. You don't abruptly turn around and confront a guy for no reason. The fact that Zeke turn around let's you know something was said to him. Do your eyes not work Mr. Wonder Charles? --JK

It absolutely would be hard to punish him if this was a one off situation.

But it's not. The NFL is in the business of sending messages to players. So when a player continues to screw up off the field, no matter how minor the particular incident may or may not be, no one should be surprised when the league hands down a fine or punishment.

Yes, lots of people in this thread do, or this conversation isn't happening lol
Yeah that isn’t making sense. If everybody agreed this thread is on page 10 by now not still at the top of the first page. Maybe he only pays attention to those not in his agreement circle like there is nobody agreeing with him

So, you're telling me, a drunk guy couldn't have simply misheard or assumed the guard was talking to him? You then need to justify, if something was said, Zeke putting his hands on someone.

So, first I would like a citation on what was said and then we can discuss what was said and if Zeke was in the right for pushing the guard. As of now, it's all speculation on your part and really nothing has been reported that the guard said anything that warranted Zeke's reaction outside of some rando tweets some here gobbled up.

Playing ball is labor? Doesn’t Zeke being out hurt the offense? Punishing the team is not the answer.

Yes, playing ball is labor. It's a job, and the NFL and the teams employ the players for the purpose of making their business profitable. Under the law that's no different than a law firm hiring an attorney or a manufacturer hiring an engineer.

Yes, Zeke being out hurts the team, and I understand your point that the team can't control everything a player does, and therefore it doesn't seem fair to punish the team. But the reality is the NFL is not the only employer that can be negatively impacted by the bad behavior of an employee. If an employee calls in sick too often because he stayed up partying, or he does something that casts the business in a bad light and the business loses sales or clients, or if he gets fired for his conduct and is no longer available to perform his job for the benefit of the company, that hurts the employer.

I suspect the viewpoint of the NFL is that when there are consequences for the team as well as the player, the team is incentivized to educate and police players themselves, and hopefully head off some issues before they occur.

Then, there is the fact that this would never be accepted by the NFLPA in the collective bargaining process.
