But the guy keeps finding work around the league. Headed to Broncos.

After that one terrible game (and it was terrible - as bad as it gets) fans quickly forgot that Green had actually played a fair amount the season before when Tyron Smith missed games and did a good job. It's hard to overlook how bad that one game was, but outside of that game he had played pretty well.

So the Raiders are even more in need of OL then?

I still crave me some Karl Joseph.

He played decent one year, absolutely terrible the next
I’ve always felt we hurt him some switching positions, but that falcons game was all world bad

Man, I'm going to lose so much sleep over this.

My two biggest nightmares: losing Chaz Green and improper tense.

Chaz is past tense.
I simply love this post and only 50% of it is from your avi.

3rd round pick. This will be his 5th season in the league. All things considered, he must be doing something right.

I thought maybe he had played more like he did in 2016, but stats show that he played in four games, with one start, for the Raiders and gave up three sacks last year. He also committed two penalties. So his numbers were actually worse. While most of his playing time for us came at tackle, he played inside at guard.

It's hard to believe that some of us (that includes me) that he might be a viable option as a starter either at right tackle or left guard when Doug Free retired. Other than the injury history, he did not look bad when he played in 2016 (no sacks in four games, including two starts). I don't know if moving him to guard in 2017 destroyed him or if it's because he lost all confidence, but he just fell apart mentally to add that to his physical failings (14 games, 4 starts, 4 sacks ... even though it seemed like more than that probably because of all the QB hits he gave up).
