The Yellowjackets and the Eagles are not the same franchise.

Don't get mad at the Eagles fans for pointing out the obvious that our cowboys have had very little success since the salary cap was implemented. The anger should be directed at Jerry Jones and he'd be the first one to tell you so. If the Eagles have proven anything in their recent success, it is the importance of a shrewd GM.

No that isn't what it means at all. They are just stating that since Dallas can't unfairly buy all the talent in the NFL that oil money can afford anymore.Since then playing field was leveled "last 20 years" they now have to build it with evaluation,gm and coaching and so far Jerry has failed.
