Well their roster won't be upgraded, so why stay.

Lakers

C -
Pf - Lebron
Sf - Leonard
Pg - Lonzo
Sg - Ingram

Better than what Rapts have in their starting lineup.
Why would he want to go to trainwreck organization to be Robin the Lebrons aging Batman?

He just won a title in Toronto, and will retain all the pieces from this year to defend it. They would go into the season as the favorites next year

Golden State can cry me a river tonight....they are gonna play that injury card to the hilt...because that is what people in California do. Excuses...Memo to Steve Kerr...You were getting your *** handed to you before the injuries. Out coached...out hustled...Toronto was just the better team defensively. Like I said in a post before the series even started....The GS dream team was gonna have their hands full. They just didn't match up...Toronto's defense was so good. They just never let GS get into a rythem. They were just disruptive. Knock a ball away...forcing to reset the offense...swipe a ball...to throw off the timing...of a jump shot. GS last possession a perfect example....couldn't get the ball in...forced pass...another forced pass to Curry who heaved a desperation 3 that didn't even have a chance...yet he made it close. That in a nut shell is what the Raptors did to GS the entire series. They just made them uncomfortable.

The 'trainwreck' Magic is no longer running things. He was the bad seed.

That's a shame. Klay is the only one I find likeable on the Warriors roster.

As someone that was born in Toronto and dislikes The Warriors, I couldn't be happier the Raps are world champs.

I LOLed when the announcers said the warriors had no business being in the game because Durant was hurt (before Klay went down). You don't get to be the underdog after winning 3 of the previous 4 finals because one of your many superstars went down.

Sucks being an OKC fan don’t it?

My question is when was the GSW squad healthy during the playoffs? Game 1 against the Clippers was the only game where the team was in full strength. When the series started Durant was out and Cousins had no business out there. So in a way, this sentence shouldn't have been in there because injuries plagued GSW the entire postseason but it's part of the game.

Yes, GSW still had their stars but they had to play a lot more minutes. Durant did give them firepower but he also gives players like Curry, Thompson, and Green much needed rest when they need it.

Lonzo and Ingram might be traded for Anthony Davis though
With what GSW is going thru, I wouldn't be surprised if they try for Davis for a one year rental. GSW weak link now is inside scoring.

Possibly package Draymond, Iggy, and some young talent.

They weren’t.

He knows it.

[He’s a Thunder fan so he’s predisposed to hating the Warriors]

Durant played a grand total of 12 minutes against the Raptors.

Klay missed Game 3 entirely and had to leave with ~2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter and the Warriors up 4 points having scored 30 points the game.

To think not having arguably one of the league’s Top 2-3 players in Durant effectively miss the series and a compromised All-Star in Klay missing time doesn’t somehow impact the team and the outcome is laughable.

Havent you been listening to Laker fans? He is gonna be elite and stuffs

I think there’s legit reasons to hold out hope for Ingram taking the next step in his game but as for Ball, his game is fundamentally flawed; he’s at his best in transition driving the ball to the rim or distributing off the dribble. Even then he’s limited because he’s a poor free throw shooter so he’s not fully taking advantage of his ability to draw fouls. He’s completely out of place in the half-court game because he’s not a consistent enough shooter.

I think Ingram has top 15 potential. He is guy that is going to be interesting to see what he is once his game develops. That whole young core could be toxic waste though after the Lebron/ Rich Paul crap show this year. They seemed pretty broken after the trade deadline.

Ingram is the only legit chip I think they have outside. Hart is a nice 3D role that has some value, but not a ton because those are a dime a dozen. Kuzma would be a nice Marcus Morris type bench scorer. But he would get exposed defensively in rhe playoffs. He is a guy you want putting up shots for 20-25 minutes a game. Ball has blossomed defensively, so thats something. But like you his game is always going to limited offensively. FT shooting is the true guage of shooting ability. And he is inexplicably horrid. He has actually gotten worse. And he isnt a Ben Simmons that be an impact player without shooting ability
