Cooper is constantly doubled......
because Beasley was constantly getting bracketed.

First of all, not on all of his big plays.Cooper is constantly doubled.
We are talking about creating separation. Your claim is Cole is great at creating separation.First of all, not on all of his big plays.
Second of all, Cooper is better than Beasley. What's your point?
He is. Creating separation isn't possible if you are bracketed. Against 1-1 coverage, Beasley is excellent. We are talking about creating separation. Your claim is Cole is great at creating separation.
It is possible and it is done every week in the NFL and by our very own.......CooperHe is. Creating separation isn't possible if you are bracketed. Against 1-1 coverage, Beasley is excellent.
Go ahead and show me the big plays he made when he faced bracket coverage. It is possible and it is done every week in the NFL and by our very own.......Cooper
We are talking about separation not big plays.....but since you asked.Go ahead and show me the big plays he made when he faced bracket coverage.
I'll wait.

What kind of bracket coverage are you talking about specifically?Go ahead and show me the big plays he made when he faced bracket coverage.

I know. Beasley getting brackets either leaves the TE open in the seam or a WR with 1-1 outside.
Beasley's point is that he will get more opportunities in Buffalo's offense, and everyone is butthurt by it.
In/out, with horizontal leverage. All Beasley did was run horizontal option routes. They're stopped by bracket coverage, no matter who the receiver is.What kind of bracket coverage are you talking about specifically?
Don't most teams only bring 4 lineman and the secondary are in man?In/out, with horizontal leverage. All Beasley did was run horizontal option routes. They're stopped by bracket coverage, no matter who the receiver is.
I guess you could make the argument that the play above is over/under, but you can't really do that when a player can just pick a shoulder of the over defender. Cooper knows he's going to beat his man, and then just attacks the inside shoulder of the safety. There's literally nothing the safety can do there.
I mean some play more zone than man, but yea, I guess. What does that matter?Don't most teams only bring 4 lineman and the secondary are in man?
Because I was under the impression bracket coverage is used primarily to defend the RPO, which we didn't use very often.I mean some play more zone than man, but yea, I guess. What does that matter?
It can be, sure. But that doesn't preclude it from being used to stop one receiver.Because I was under the impression bracket coverage is used primarily to defend the RPO, which we didn't use very often.
Buffalo's offense is bad.Check back with the Bease after a year in western NY. He may be ready for another change. They will take most of his money in taxes. And it will be cold. Colder than anything he's played in when the wind blows off lake Erie in December. For all his complaining, he was hurt a lot last year. If he thinks he's got it better now, he's got another rookie throwing him the ball all year. One who likes to launch it or run. Bease doesn't get all that far down the field. They'll probably cut Shady in camp to help pay the 30m for an undersized, older, 180 lb short range receiver. I live in upstate NY and will be watching what the Bease brings to the Bills 30th ranked offense.
