My favorite boxer ever is Sugar Ray Leonard. Probably the best strategist and technician ever. He's not beating Ali. They could fight 10 times and Ali would beat him 10 times because Ray was a welterweight, Ali a heavyweight. He would kill Leonard.

Simply because of arm length. There's a reason why even in wrestling this weight limits for classes. That doesn't mean in a street fight they couldn't win. It's just professional courtesy. Make no mistake about it I'd rather fight someone bigger than smaller I know where the big guy is

Never underestimate the little guy. I'm 5 11, 220. I'm not small I'm not big. But I know how to take care of myself. I guess I'm in the middle LOL but I do know a little guys that match the big guy. I guess I'm looking at the exceptions. And not the majority. Great conversation I'm out the good be safe my cowboy Brothers

Powerlifting. That's something that size has nothing to do with. Little guys blow the big guys out of the water more than not

But to just come out and say a quarterback from the old era cannot survive in the new era in my opinion doesn't hold water. It's almost like saying today's NFL players couldn't play the old football.

First, Tommy Hearns had a longer reach than Ray Leonard, but Sugar beat him. Why? Because Leonard's skill level was better than Hearns'.
Boxers and MMAs face guys with longer arm length all the time. And beat them. Why? Because their skill level and ability to adjust.
Second, yes, there is a reason why even wrestling has weight classes. Same as MMA. It's because WEIGHT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
Demetrius "Mighty Mouse" Johnson was one of the best pound for pound fighters in the UFC. He's not beating Connor McGregor, who isn't even a ground fighter.
Third, if the big guy is just as skilled as you are, you're not beating him. Sorry.

In prison there are some big guys in those cells. But they don't get cardio. A small a guy guard can stay away and let the guy wear himself out. I've seen that done also. It's just wrong to say the big guy will always win it's just not true. I've seen it more than once

We're talking about physical confrontation. I'm a smaller guy. I could squeeze through a smaller hole than a bigger guy. I could win a contest with a bigger guy if it involved who can get to the ground first. Since I'm closer to the ground, I'm going to beat him.
But that's not what we're talking about. We're talking about physical confrontation, a bigger man in physical competition with a smaller guy. :)

I really have to go now she's yelling LOL I've seen little guys Kyrie 3 bundles of shingles up ladders for a big guy couldn't take one and a half. Again too many variables my cowboy brother
