Not sure I agree that he won't get convicted. The evidence is recorded. Elliott moved into the guard with his body and bumped him, and the security guard took a tumble. There's definitely enough there to warrant a minor conviction.

It depends on what happens in the media, and with the case.
This guy saying league swept it under the rug, is exactly the thing the nfl wants to avoid image wise.

How was it swept under the rug? It has been in the news since the time of the incident. And how does the NFL punishing Elliott have any impact on this guy at all? Is he implying he wouldn't have filed charges if the NFL suspended Elliott 2 games?

The problem could be something we dont see. Do you know for a fact this kid is not getting teased/ harassed over the incident? The video was pretty bad and we only guess all of whats said. Do we know if Zeke promised he would take care of kid or do something ... then blow off the lil guy ? Since its, not NFL/Goodell doing the investigation it should be interesting. As minor as it was ..... a person like Zeke needs to grow up. Kids younger then he don't get the Oh he is young as an excuse.

if the kid would have pressed charges then, I would agree. But this is a clear money grab. Im laughing so hard right now, because it was either Cris Carter or Shannon Sharpe that absolutely called this weeks ago when the security gaurd asked for a "Sincere," apology. They said it then.... the kid wants to get P-A-I-D.

As soon as the NFL said there would be no suspension he’s claiming it’s being swept under the rug. Appears this is going to drag on into training camp and could end up being another distraction the team has to deal with. It’s clear the kid wants to be paid off to put this to rest.

My senses never fail. Always knew this security guy was a money-hungry chump. I would not doubt if he told Zeke some derogatory word that caused Zeke to react by shoving him with his shoulder. Those punk snakes are everywhere nowadays.

There is no double jeopardy in the nfl. They investigated Ray Rice twice because of new information.
