To be fair, Zeke did it first and Norman is copying him.

People need to lighten up. I see a young guy having the time of his life. Good for him. I remember when I was his age, I use to do stuff like that too. We think we are invincible at that age. He'll wise up soon enough and figure out he's not invincible.

I’d be po’d as a fan and would never try that if I was a player. I think with the money he makes and being a professional football player come certain responsibilities and obligations. I don’t think it’s right to put himself in a dangerous situation that could effect his team if he were to get hurt.

A lot of these guys can retire and be set for life at a very young age. Just wait a few years then smoke all the weed you want, get in all the fights you want, jump over all the bulls you want...don’t jeopardize your team doing something stupid.

I do too. It's a miracle most of us live past 30. . .

I’m a huge supporter of letting them do whatever they want...they’re people at the end of the day and I don’t want my job telling me what to do off the clock

If cooper Elliott lve wanna run with the bulls then fine

Sky dive fine......go meet the space people fine
* Big COPY! on that,Bro:thumbup:

To be honest I wouldn’t like if any of our players were involved in this level of barbaric animal cruelty.

That entire ritual should be banned. These bulls are surrounded, stabbed multiple times and slowly bleed out while people antagonize them until their death. Terrible and disgusting.
Man:rolleyes:,,, I guess it should be considered of a somewhat comforting/ pleasant mentally viewed thought ,in knowing that a certain segment of society remains in the aghast vapor locked horror of humankind's ingrained true nature of it's
primary hardwired objective : that being to dominate& control any& all within it's domain,,,er,,,however "He" deems fittingo_O

Different culture. Hard to judge. Some Hindus would want our practice of slaughtering cattle banned. I’ve been to bull fights in Andalusia and the bulls have an equal chance to maim or kill the matadors. It’s tough to do completely do away with an aspect of Spanish culture that has been a part of it for several hundred years. It may be banned in Catalonia (where Josh is), but it will never be banned in southern Spain. Plus I don’t think that was an actual bullfight but some sort of pre- running with the bulls in Pamplona.

Sorry for the digression. To answer the OP, no I would not like Byron Jones doing that. I would like to see Byron steer wrestling to improve his tackling though.

Just imagine sustaining a career ending injury by pissing off 2000 pounds of angry beef.
I'm sure it would have contractual implications.
Something looked odd about that video...

Regardless those Bulls were very calm compared to the ones bull fighters face.

Are you serious with these lies?

1 matador has been killed in the last 30 years...1......look it up.

How many bulls are brutalized and stabbed to death while being tormented and trapped in a confined area?

250,000 per year.

So in the time it took for 1 matador to die 7,500,000 bulls are tortured to death.

As for the hidi part....it’s not just about wishing an animal wasn’t killed. While factory farming is nothing pretty we are not killing these cows the way bullfighters are. Not even close.

You are trying to defend an indefensible act. Mankind at its worst. And you feel the need to carry the water for this....

I rather Elliott jumping a bull vs fondling a woman at a parade, walking drunk, fussing with a woman in Vegas, and knocking a security guard down.

Norman is not going to get any meetings from the NFL Commissioner for a jumping a bull which actually is a lot safer than the running of the bulls.

Elliott needs to stop being bull headed or he will wind up like the bulls head in the end.

That's why I can't stand bull fighting. I wasn't aware they did the same type of crap for the running of the bulls.

It doesn't involve alcohol or women, so it might be ok. On the plus side he could work on his agility and acceleration. Those buggers are pretty darn fast.

Have you seen Zeke’s head. I’ll take Zeke over the bull in a head butt contest.

A quick google search says that your figure of one matador being killed in the last 30 years is wrong.

Being killed in a bull arena is a better way for a bull to die than on the floor of a slaughterhouse in the US. Spanish toros are given great lives and fed well in pastures up until they are to go into the ring. l yet you still contribute the industry of cattle being fed chemicals to fatten them up and then pushed into confined spaces, only to be prodded with electricity and ultimately slaughtered every time you eat a hamburger that you didn't see personally raised and killed. Spare me your righteous indignation. I can appreciate that centuries long tradition of bull fights wit ha clear conscience. How can you enjoy a Whataburger with a clear conscience.

That being said, this isn't the place for politics, I was imply responding.

How quickly people forget that Walt garrison did rodeos in the off season riding bulls and broncos.

If a Cowboy did this I would be ticked off. If you want to put your career in jeopardy for an adrenaline rush. Do it when you retire. I think all NFL contracts should have a "stupidity clause". If the player under contract does something stupid to endanger his availability to complete the contract then the contract should be voided and not count against the cap. IMHO

1. I am a vegetarian and have been for the last 25 years.
2. The way these animals are stabbed with knifes on spears so many times over the course of a few hours for the pleasure of sickos like you is disgusting. Find an idiot to argue with as you try to pull other wrongs into this in order to somehow make what your defending ok. Nothing anyone in any other part of the world does to any animal has jack to do with the way these animals are barbarically tormented and tortured for the viewing pleasure of a bunch of barbarians. These bulls can't speak but somehow I doubt they would agree with you when they are having fire, sticks, spears thrown at them. They are just trying to get away from their tormentors so they can keep breathing.

This is a sick tradition and pointing out that other people are just as disgusting does nothing to make you any less disgusting. In a way it makes you worse.

When did basic humanity and animal cruelty become political?
It isnt a political issue so stop trying to hide behind that to avoid being put on front street for defending this barbaric ritual.

Tell me this is ok.
