Romo just kind of let it roll off his back. It wasn't true.
He never said that.

Someone gave Peyton bad information. I'm a bit surprised he even bothered to comment.
However, if there was ever a high profile QB that had a lot of side gigs and commercials, it was him.

Both seem like good guys to me, so moving on.

You, me and millions of others. It is absolutely unwatchable. The NBA all the time is just one of many issues. I put the NBA is the same category as professional wrestling. They are so far up Lebron they could tell you the touth pate he uses. God forbid his son Bronny develops because they will have to carve out a separate channel just for the James family.
Adam Silver has ruined the league. He is letting the players run the league. Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook demanding trades with multiple years left on their contracts...smh. If you don't want to live in OKC or NOLA that's fine but don't sign a contract then. It's a joke. I only watch the NBA Finals that's about it. ESPN overpaid for the NBA and MNF. They're a joke too.

Romo did in fact ask for time off in training camp so he could try and qualify for the u.s. open. I thought that was in poor taste.

Playing QB was secondary for Romo. He was not anything close to a leader and his career proved that. Manning was spot on in his assessment of Romo.

That bad taste was probably drool, because you were obviously in the middle of a weird dream or on some kind of substance that would produce hallucinations.
most dreams are weird. what is not weird is thinking the starting qb should be focused on that role, not qualifying for a pga event while the rest of the team is getting ready to play football. now that he is retired he is free to play in all the golfing events of his desire. he is currently the best analyst on television in the game. that lends itself to his knowledge and a certain charisma he possesses. something you lack.

Yea right... he hosted the ESPYS and pretty much had the entire crowd rolling in laughter because of his natural charisma and witt. That was on a national, live televised stage.

I get you have an inferiority complex about the shortcomings of #9, but there's no need to downplay the obvious abilities of others to make your boi shine better. Reeks of desperation.
LMAO at an ESPY crowd rolling in laughter, a Slinky could do that.

If the EVER was a short bus comment, this is it.

Really, REALLY silly comment

Everyone close to him said he was obsessed with getting better as a QB.
Zero that actually knew him said otherwise.

Note that Manning probably holds the record for most commercials out by an active QB; Really thinking about the game there, Bud.

Those commercials would've never came if Peyton wasn't taking care of business on the field.

I have no problem with what Manning said about Romo when Jerry Jones insinuated the same feeling regarding Manning and Romo.

Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones says Romo needs to spend more time around the team's practice facility going forward, as noted by Jon Machota of the Dallas News.

Jones said that Romo had to spend "Peyton Manning-type time on the job." This is a reference to how dedicated Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is and the long hours he spends working on his game.

Show me the photos of Romo getting with Receivers in the off season like Dak, Aikman, or Staubach did during their careers.

The Cowboys have revisionist history since Jerry Jones fired Jimmy Johnson...oh I am sorry, Jimmy Johnson quit.

F the slinky. Ever get one all tangled up?
All you need is one little kink and it's over. That's why it takes a scientist like cern to operate one without supervision.

Years ago when we lived in a two story house, my sister-in-law got hammered and slinkied down two half flights of stairs. I wish I had a video of it.

Is this English? Must be that glitch you are always babbling about that has short circuited your troll brain. Why else would you think training camp is in June? Back under the rock you go, Grandpa.
