That's actually really cool! I'd like to watch something like that in action.
I've actually had customers watch me take their dashboard out of their car. Their expressions. I am extremely particular.

I tried this once before, it didn't come across too well. Let me see if I can make it a little bit better this time. Lol how important is the culture of the locker room?. How important is it for a player to fit in. Is camaraderie truly part of the game. What happens to these plays during the week on and off the football field . does it reflect , how they will play on Sunday. When you go on a job interview it's a two-way street in my opinion. Is the company right for me and my right for the company.
It definitely matters. When you have dissenting views in the locker room, it can oft times play out on the field halting any kind of momentum.

I couldn't agree more my cowboy family Brothers. Even if something bad happened during the week. It will reflect how they play on a Sunday. Just like if something good happened. Vegas runs its odds under implications matters of this sort. I don't think people believe it but they do

I agree with you except on Gregory. He doesn't have a bad attitude and isn't a bad teammate. Hardy and Irving I totally agree with you on them because they are jerks.

Gregory is a jerkoff....let me remind you.

He learned nothing from this night or experience....

If the players buy into what the team is preaching and they believe in their teammates, they will play harder.

i ll wait to see how KM does. but if he flops, no matter what we do on the field or the locker room, the players are going to have to stop listening to teh coaches. at some point you gotta win and make it worth it and Dallas refuses to do that.

Anyone who thinks team chemistry, belief in coaches, belief in players, and positive culture doesn’t matter to create a winning team has never played in team sports.

i think it can matter, but not the end all, and lets face it winning cures all. you can have all the RKGs and still lose.

When the difference in talent now between teams is razor thin, having a strong team culture is often the difference between being 6-10 and 12-4.

or a luck, easier part of the schedule, coaching, a few other factors come into play.

You can’t go 12-4 in this league with good luck. And bad luck alone won’t make you 6-10. Having a talented head coach who can build a quality team culture is a premium now in the NFL. There’s no cap on spending on coaches, yet the richest man in the NFL chooses to throw money at a slightly above average HC because losing while “feeling comfortable” is more important than winning uncomfortably as he did with Jimmy.

Chemistry plays a huge part in a winning team. Don't think Jerry has ever understood that....For every Jason Witten that has tried to do it the right way..He'll sabotage the team w/ a Greg Hardy or David Irving or Gregory or McClain...god the list of jerkoffs is endless.

Jerry has never been a guy to run a clean ship...hence the Super Bowl drought.

The staff and players love Gregory. He has health issues that lead to decisions that make him unreliable. Lumping him in with people that beat women is lazy.

Culture has kept this team from giving up. Please think back to how the team just stopped trying under Phillips, forcing Jerry to have to fire him mid-season.

Like it or not, this team has not quit on Garrett. That speaks volumes to culture.

This is not to say efforts to establish good team culture are wasted, but there's a little chicken-or-egg thing here: some of what is being understood as teams winning because they have a positive culture, is actually teams having a positive culture because they're winning.

The biggest problems with ‘team culture ‘ start with Jerry

1. Hiring a HC in waiting before the HC

2. Continuing to persevere with an incompetent HC just because he bends over for Jerry

3. Superseding the HC in team decisions

4. Over paying players who have won nothing

All these breed a culture of incompetence, mediocrity and lack of accountability

I know you don’t want to hear this because of your undying love for Jerry and Garrett

What are you talkin about. My love for Jerry and Garrett. I never posted any such thing that you can verify that with. I support Jason because he supports the locker room. Jerry I've never made mention of him anywhere. You're talking about somebody else my cowboy brother. I understand what's happening in this franchise better than most. Just cuz I might approve of one thing does it mean I approve of everything. And vice a versa. I take everything on an individual basis. So again I'm not sure what you're talking about

Exactly, the culture in the locker room is important. And yes one person or coach can change the entire attitude
