Don’t know how this would have side lined Zeke but this stuff seems to follow him. If I’m JJ I’m waiting until year 5 before considering signing Zeke long term.

IMO the money grab is just as much for TMZ and the idiot and the lawyer. I doubt it took much research to determine this claim is total BS and yet TMZ took advantage of the issue being Zeke and the Cowboys.

Doesn't seem like a good comparison.

TMZ Sports obtained the 911 call made by a witness who told the operator, "I can tell you that the Yukon cruised right through the red light and hit that car."

The story ran in January, 2017. It just wasn't noticed at the time. Zeke was still riding high his rookie season, pre-suspension or anything else.

It really is simple as this. I don't hate Zeke but the kid is flypaper for trouble and he loves to get drunk. Not a good combo. Not much time left for him IMO.

This sounds utterly ridiculous. Zeke can partially blame himself because he makes himself a target...but this particular case will go nowhere fast.

Just FYI there was an article done about this back in 2018 if anyone cares to remember, where Zeke was sued for 1 million, because they needed to "trigger the insurance coverage"

"He files this lawsuit today only very reluctantly," Brogdon said. "My client, Ronnie Hill, has no fight with Zeke Elliott individually ... or with the Dallas Cowboys."

The suit filed Thursday said Elliott "has not contested fault in causing the crash, and he has nothing, personally to prevent the fair resolution of Ronnie Barnard Hill's claims.

I tend not to believe or disbelieve anything until it's fully investigated, and the decisions are rendered. I'm just surprised to read it 2 years later.
