Wow, either LBs have no chance to cover Pollard or there is something wrong with Jaylon.

Sidenote: If somebody sees this play and focuses on the throw then they might be clueless. Missed throws happen in practice but it looks like Pollard can beat defenders off the line with ease repeatedly. That should be exciting to Cowboys fans.

Looool, notice the incessant apologetic for Dak.

BTW, it’s Pollard’s fault they didn’t connect, yep, I know.

This is the second play (that I know of) that in individual drills, they have Pollard go in motion to line up wide. I don't know how typical that is but Voch made a point of it the other day and said he'd never seen that before, and here we are with a second one in the same week. Maybe I wasn't too off base with them going with 20 personnel and sometimes moving Pollard to an wr spot?

Made Jaylon look like he was still having trouble with that leg

Are you serious? Tom Brady, or Peyton Manning or freaking Pat Mahommes never missed a throw like that? Of course they have. Give Dak a chance for christs sake! He has the added weapon in his legs and he has proven that he is clutch and a great leader. Why can't anyone see that?

Amari, Gallup, Cobb, Pollard, and Zeke(when he ends his holdout). A young stacked defense too. No excuses for Dak. Any above average starting QB would win the Super Bowl with this stacked team. Too bad Dak is just average.

What I see is the calendar. This is the 5th practice of training camp, if you complained about a timing throw at this stage of TC to anyone in the NFL they would laugh themselves silly.

This thread is about Pollard.

But as I said, some clueless people will insist on focusing on the throw.

Look, I’m about as big of a Dak advocate as you can find on her. Read my post history.

However, he’s been lobbing up passes like this since TC started in Oxnard this year. It’s impossible to miss and somewhat concerning.

Rod Smith vs NYG 2017...does that count?

I saw Wolf Hunter get a PBU on Pollard on an inside route. Would be cool to see Pollard work against CBs...I don't think he'll win vs CBs but he would outmatch most LBs.
