Smith played multiple games during that stretch, including at least three games without Zeke and Dak still looked trash. That’s another correction for your accuracy.

The reality is, even though we haven’t seen Haskins throw a single pass yet, we’ve seen Dak without Zeke in the NFL. And it’s not pretty at all.

But some will be fooled...

That’s cute and all, but we are talking about the ZEKE impact, meaning when ZEKE wasn’t playing. Those 45 games include Zeke also playing with Smith. When Dak played without Zeke, but played with Smith, meaning THOSE THREE games, Dak was garbage.

For you to sit there and use this as proof “but some will be fooled” makes me chuckle, considering how ironic it is.

Good for Zeke. He should get his money while he can.

Since the salary cap detrrmines how much a team can pay ALL of its players combined, how many players will have to be cut or be paid less in order for Zeke to get “his money”? In other words, you have to weaken the rest of the roster to be able to pay him more.

Word on the street is that those in the know have never seen Dakota pray so hard as he has been since Zeke’s holdout.

No, what's also "cute" is they include three of those games Zeke was suspended for. That's the point. The one you want to close your eyes to.

Like a lone player's agent, these guys "don't care" about that fact.

What cute is you don’t understand statistics. Those stats average 45 GAMES, not the six game stretch, meaning those are the games where Zeke was running.

I understand just fine that it was Smith's loss that affected Prescott, not Zeke. He "didn't have Zeke" in his last regular season game, let the forum know exactly how Prescott did? I'll wait...

First of all, Dak was the substitute for one pro bowl and half the season was setting records in futility that made Quincy Carter look like a legend here. Ten straight quarters without a TD. Even when Cooper came and a team decided to add a safety over the top of Cooper, Dak ‘the great’ was shut out by the Colts, another record of futility that Dak claimed, followed by another garbage performance against Tampa where even Winston looked better than Dak, who was bailed out by defensive TOs in scoring terroritory. And two, Dak didn’t do jack squat without Zeke.

Statistics don’t indicate the cowboys are any better with Zeke on the field as opposed to with him off.

The offense struggles either way

Looks like the FA list is as follows:
1. Ajayi
2. Alex Collins
3. Chris Ivory
4. uhhh

Don’t know where I’ve been, but I really liked Alex Collins and think he’d do great here.

Then I read about his car crash with the smell of weed and a gun in the car. And he just broke his leg 3 weeks ago...

Guess he’s a nope.

That's funny that Bell says "pay up" when Zeke's signing bonus before EVER having an NFL practice was more money than Bell's combined 6 year NFL salary.......

Based off of his own words and deeds, he might be good at football but he's no rocket scientist! Nor a role model of how to handle your business!

You mean the game they didn’t even play Zeke against the Eagles, when Dak said it was ‘important to finish strong’ against third string scrubs on defense and they scored like 6 points in the fourth?

Or the one against the Giants, this year, another garbage team where even Dallas was saying they were going to give their starting QB, which they “already believe in”, practice time, meaning weren’t even bothered with risking injury going into the play-offs and still played a hobbling Cole Beasley to win a meaningless game, while resting Zeke? And where Dak still looked mediocre for a a half, until the defense generated TOs in Giants territory and they were basically holding that garbage team scoreless.

And even with the lead, Dak floundered around for the second half, while the Giants took the lead to end the game and Dak had to Chuck up a ball to Beasley to end the game on a fourth down, after going 0-3 on passes and they squeak by with a win because of a prayer lob?

Look, it should be easy for you to admit, the stats don’t support you and your use of them absolutely suck.

Try again. I know you can do better (or at least I hope you can).

Looks like you finally got the game right. What were the stats?

Let me and the forum know how "terrible" he did without Zeke?

Inquiring minds can't wait to hear from you!

Look we all know Dak sucked, which you even admitted. But you attributed it to being with Smith bring out, but we all know Smith played in multiple games without Zeke and Dak’s garbage performances were there for all to see. The fact you used a plus 40 game baseline to argue your point shows how clueless you are about stats.

Dak still was mediocre against the Giants. He allowed the Giants, who sucked, a whole half to take the lead while he floundered around in typical Dak fashion and he was only bailed out by Cole Beasley on a broken ankle, that you probably say sucked as well and you are probably glad he’s gone as well. Even if you count that meaningless game, the statistics still don’t support you. They played this ‘all world’ QB risking him the whole game when they had the playoffs the next game. They didn’t Zeke...

Thanks for bringing up Bell and Gurley. It only strengthens my point.

Bell gambled and lost, and is out $14 million that he'll never get back. And he was stuck signing with the Jets because noone else wanted him. And the Jets GM that signed him was fired mere weeks later.

As for Gurley? He and his balky knee, along with that silly contract guaranteeing him all that money and locking the Rams into damaged goods is a cautionary tale for teams NOT to make the same mistake.

Thanks for the help in proving my point.
thanks for helping my point , Zekes not injury prone and only has 3.5 mil to lose this year, IMO Bell won because Steelers didnt make the playoffs, he didnt get hurt or put mileage on his body, stood his ground and got a great deal..Did he get everything he wanted, NO, but he made his point.. Zekes making his point and has right to make more NOW then wait later until they use him up and throw him away.. SO yes I am behind Zeke 100% as the elite RB situation with the way they are treated , have a right to stand up and say I wont do it when others on the team stand to make more yet they arent producing like Zeke is..you should get paid by how much you add to the team and Zeke is the only player up for anew contract that has that argument, hes better then Amari and Dak put together yet they wont even pay him top dollar which would be less then anyone else...
