He's getting to a cross over point. If he gets signed this week, he will play Week 1, but if he goes much longer at best he will be limited in Week 1 or out altogether.

I think he will... mainly because he knows Pollard could well comfortably put up 100+ yards against a poor Giants DL.
And if Pollard puts up a high number, then Zeke’s bargaining power diminishes.

I've said it before, yes I believe Zeke will be there week one.......He has no leverage and I don't think he's giving up a quarter of a million weekly paycheck....

I would’ve said yes prior to Jerry’s “joke” it seemed like Zeke heading back to Dallas and all the buzz around that could’ve been a positive.

I actually think this is about to get real ugly, and look for Zeke to ask for a trade.

If he doesn't play week 1, the fines likely start and any leverage he had starts to decline with a few wins. Then him and his agent will have definitely screwed themselves. That's best case scenario.

Yes. The DeMarcus Lawrence deal got done after a long lull with no activity and so can Zeke's.

I have a feeling contract talks will heat up sometime next week and something will get done in early September. Zeke probably won't start the first game but he will play in it.
