Where is the disrespect his brother is talking about! If anything its the Cowboys office being disrespected because they offered him a fair contract at 30 mil and he turned it down. Dak his agent and his brother all sound like greedy MFs.

We’ll see how popular Dak becomes if he gets 40 million , it prevents us from signing Elliott or Cooper and Dak struggles as we miss the playoffs.

As much as I’d like to see Dak exposed without his Elite supporting cast to drive a point home, I’m more interested in winning. And we can contend if they’re all out there together.
If we can’t find an answer to these contract negotiations then the last 3 years have been a waste. We basically will need to start over which isn’t necessary.
I don’t believe Jerry wants to do that. If he did he wouldn’t have traded for Cooper last year. He could have let the season crumble along with Daks career.
I truly believe Jerry will find a way to strain the Cap and sign both of them and put Cooper off until next year. We shall see. But last thing he wants to do is over pay Dak then potentially expose him for all to see.

There are very few people in the world on the outside looking in who have not already formulated their own opinion of Prescott's worth as a starting quarterback. Saying Jones may 'expose him for all to see' is like Prescott doing a striptease act, taking an intermission, returning on stage to do the same striptease act again and people in the audience belatedly start gasping in shock. Thing is, some people have already made up their minds and will simply express their present day judgment in the form of exaggerated surprise in the future.
Prescott will get signed. Elliott will get signed. Some observers will nash teeth for four or six years straight. Jones will laugh and wink at cameras. And football will continue. All that said, I do like how Cooper has handled his situation thus far.

I’d agree with how Cooper has handled it but he’s also looking at the fattest salary this year earning over 13 million on final year of his contract knowing he’s going to get paid by someone next year.
Obviously you’re taking the word “ exposure “ too literally. Actually he’s already been exposed without the Elite supporting cast and why Jerry probably isn’t going to let it happen again much to some fans dismay.
I think he’s going to sign both Dak and Zeke as well but the Drama has made for some fun noise leading up to the season . Juicy stuff for a fan forum

I feel like most brothers would go up to bat like this for each other. If my brother was in a similar situation, and I was as immature as this kid, I'd probably plead his case in the court of public opinion too. This is a non-story as far as I'm concerned.

How do you figure he's playing games? Looks and sounds like he's being pretty damn direct and overt with his feelings to me. I generally believe these things should be kept in house but at least in the Zeke situation, that line was breached long ago and I agree he's earned the clout in regards to that player.
