No Garrett's job is secure. Not because he's a good coach. Because this is a good team. Damn, I hate this good team.

My only pushback to this is that Jones is 76 years old. Some contemporaries of his are starting to die off.

How patient is Jerry going to stay? He wants to see another Super Bowl win. I think he believes he has the roster to do it if Zeke returns.

So how is a 5-11 record, with this roster, going to sit with an increasingly impatient Jerry Jones?

I don't know the answer. Just asking.

Maybe a 5-11 season would indeed be the end of Garrett in Dallas, but I wouldn`t be shocked if it weren`t.
Saying that, there is no way this team goes 5-11, but if we don`t have a good year and go 8-8 or 9-7, I don`t think Garrett get`s fired because of what I stated before.

Garrett has the 2nd most secure job behind Belichick. If Dallas wins the Div. again this year he'll be getting a new contract.

The team doesn’t think coaching has been the liability in not getting that 6th ring. They’ll likely have a good season and give Garrett another 3 or 5 year extension and all hell will break loose.

Garrett’s seat is as hot as anybody’s. It’s a contract year. That’s how it works.

I do not see Jason going anywhere unless the team bombs this year.

Jason will get a 5 year deal if they have a good season and make it deep in the post season.

Jerry loves the guy!
