look the devil is in the details, its all about the bonus and guaranteed money in the language ie fine print..all deals are not created equal even if the terms, like 14 for 4yrs looks the same or good on the outside, if there is not enough bonus and guaranteed money, I doubt he signs it..

he wont settle for something that gives him a lot of backend money and not a lot of guaranteed up front bonus..
