The team and Zeke’s reps have reportedly agreed on the money portions (AAV and guarantees)

“At the time of this article going to file -- despite reports to the contrary -- both sides are barreling full speed toward a final agreement. My understanding is on language and structure of the deal are left to be ironed out, with both sides seeing eye-to-eye on the money portion(s). Barring a setback in the midnight hour, the Cowboys and Elliott are on pace for an announcement to be made soon, now that the more complex part of negotiations is seemingly behind them.“

What do y’all think the ‘money portions’ end up as?

And some of us have said that Gurley's contract is proving to be an outlier, and should have no serious impact on what the Zeke contract should look like.

Not me. Zeke is on a contract and even without an extension he would be missing $226,000 a week if he didn’t show up. There’s an idiot born every day, Bell, but ain’t many folks that are going to give that amount of cash PER WEEK up.

I cant care less about his contract details..I just want him back on the field against the giants..as fan I simply want our best players playing weekly, Zeke by far is one of them..

What fans think about that contract doesn't matter, honestly. It's out there. Stephen acknowledged that it's out there and that Zeke's team knows it's out there. So you can't act like it isn't and they matter big time in negotiations. Probably the primary topic concerning numbers.

Still do not believe it and will not care until an official deal is signed. There has been way too many conflicting reports, Zeke's reps squaking, and Jerry and Stephen saying too much or too little that is just better to not give a rip until it happens.
