Actually I think they did a decent job today, not overall for or against either team. No snide remarks from Bucky Joe.
Not that I noticed anyway.
But I had to watch the 1st 3 quarters a few minutes, or 5 to 10 minutes at a time and was 30 to 45 minutes behind until 12 minutes left in the 4th quarter. So I may have missed some stuff.

Will watch it in completion tomorrow or Tuesday.

Anyway on the local FOX sports just now. They said this is Troy Aikman's 19th season as an announcer.

Joe Buck was making all kinds of remarks. He does it so subtly and consistently you probably don’t notice it anymore. If I had a dollar for every time he overreacted about what he thinks is a missed penalty that should have been called against Dallas...

He's literally turning into Pat Summerall right before our eyes. Just a matter of time before he starts the incoherent slurring. Watching him today...blood shot eyes...I wouldn't be shocked if he's hitting the bottle in between commercials. I know I would ....having to work w/ that schmuck...Joe Buck.

I remember him having bloodshot eyes one time. I hope he's okay.

Joe seemed to get hung up on the Xavier woods tackling Sterling Shepherd after Dlaws strip/sack fumble play..almost Chris Colinsworth hung up

Maybe he's Rusty and hasn't reached peak douchebag form yet, but he was a bit more tolerable this evening

I thought the game was well called.

But, I also watch College football and am an Auburn grad, and last night the ESPN announcers accidentally made fun of our recently deceased via horrific traffic accident radio announcer Rod Bramblett. And then got to hear them in the 3rd offer deep and wild apologies for mistakenly making light of a man's death.

So....yes...it can always be worse.

The Fox team rarely mentions any player or player group except the stars or the outstanding-play maker. What is happening and who is doing it are important and interesting even if they are just doing their jobs well.
